i’ve had this for a year now and it’s great and the coffee is great but the pods are expensive and rarely go on sale and aren’t available in most stores and when they have them there’s only 2 varieties to pick from. I am going back to keurig

Did not come with the 12 pods that it says it does. I’m annoyed because Target would only give me a $20 credit which barely touches the cost of the pods.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my machine and how easy and quick I can get my coffee in the morning. But it eventually started to malfunction - or atleast not brew the same causing my coffee to taste bitter or burnt. I’ve reached out to customer service but it’s a hassle to get a replacement under warranty which is a huge downfall as I’ve had the machine for only a couple of months.

When I first got this machine it worked perfectly then about 2 months later coffee grounds started getting into the bottom of my coffee (pics inserted). Before you think did you run the cleaning cycle? Yes, multiple times. Did you descale? Yes. Less coffee grounds, but nonetheless, still coffee grounds. Exchanging for a new one in hopes that my new one doesn’t give me these issues but I have to leave a review for the problems of this one.

Really love the coffee, but have had some mechanical issues since it was unboxed. 1.) about a week into using it, it started leaking water from the bottom...constantly (even when not in use) and like really leaking. We ended up just leaving towels under and changing them out once fully saturated until we had time to call and troubleshoot. The helpdesk individuals were really great and now we are waiting on our replacement to be shipped. 2.) we tried out the Starbucks Nespresso pods, and the coffee pods brewed just fine, but the machine would over brew the Starbucks espresso pods and wouldn't stop brewing and would overflow unless you pressed the top button to manually to stop the brew. However, I want to note that we never had that issue with the Nespresso brand espresso pods, only the Starbucks Nespresso espresso pods. This is my first Nespresso experience and I was super excited to finally have one, but the mechanical issues have been a big bummer... I really hope our replacement doesn't have any of these issues!

This was my and is my most favorite gift I’ve ever received. I use it daily to make coffee. It makes the perfect espresso better than Starbucks
