I started using Nespresso Vertuo years ago, I think it was the original version and always loved the coffee. My old machine died after several years (I had bought it used) so I got a new one. This one is much quitter than my older machine and less bulky. I am very happy with the product.

This is my second Nespresso machine, my first being the Vertuo Plus. I love this one so much more than the Vertuo! The coffee is delicious and this machine is easy to use and clean

Would it be so hard to put all the instructions for each language together? Why does the light at the top pulse? Not ready, not hot, or what?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall this is a good machine for those that want coffee and espresso. My only real complain is that with the new centrifuge technology I get way too much foam on a coffee, where I do not need foam. So an 8oz coffee needs a 12oz or more cup to hold the initial foam, thus my favorite 10oz mugs do not work for the coffee as it will overflow.
