I have had this machine for about 2 months. It used to be fairly quiet. Now, all of a sudden, the top makes a loud rattling sound when spinning the capsule. I have to lightly press down on the top in order for it to make less noise. Very disappointing.

Bought this model today, because the one we were given for Christmas in 2019 simply quit filling the cup beyond a 5 second stream. Tested this one and it works fine, except it's a lot noisier. Hope it lasts longer than the 3 years and 2 months the previous one did.

While it is definitely high quality and was a very thoughtful gift to celebrate our new apartment, I don’t like making coffee at home that is around the same cost as buying it elsewhere.

We received this machine as a gift for Christmas. It is now April and the machine is super noisy to use. I almost cringe when I have to make a cup because it is so loud. Still makes good coffee though.

I love my machine and the coffee that comes out, however, every time I go to descale it per instructions, I have to call because the light on top is still green and orange.

We've had our Vertuo for close to a year now. Love how my coffee tastes and we saved so much money from going to a coffee shop. My only concern is I have to wrestle to seal the lid to secure the capsule in place. I literally have to put a little weight on it to pressure the lid to close. Is that normal? A friend of ours has an older version that you press the lid and it automatically closes to start the coffee process.

Bought in January. It August it started leaking. I sent it in for repair and it was not fixable. It seems like maybe these just aren’t made well but the coffee is so good 🫣

My roommate had this Vertuo machine and I loved it! When I moved out I was gifted my own. It worked incredibly for about 3 month and made the most delicious coffee. I moved this summer and put it into storage for about 6 weeks. Ordered new pods and went to use it a few weeks ago and couldn’t get it going. Have spent 6+ hours trying to get it to work and even called Nespresso. All they did was tell me to put the water tank on and off again and again. Did nothing. Based on googling, machines not working after a short period of not using is common. Incredible coffee but would not recommend this machine to anyone who wants a lasting product. I would like a refund!

Have had this same Vertuo Next since fall of 2020. My issues are the 14oz vertuo pod is no longer available and we are having to use 2/7oz pods to fill a mug. Nespresso obvious motive was sell more 7.7oz pods. Machine is now louder than ever and the adjustable cup plate has never been level even at the bottom level.
