Horrible buy… started having problems around 5 months after purchase. This morning would not work at all got super hot. Had two video calls started working now quit again. Wast of money and time. Extremely disappointed and frustrated.

18 months and it’s a goner. This machine should last longer than that. No matter what I do and what the Nespresso techs do, no one can get this machine working again. Blinks twice red and goes back to yellow/green. Did all the checks and was then told sorry but your machine is never going to work again.

While I’m sure the machine itself is fine, the machine came used when I paid full price for what I thought would be a new machine. When I opened the box to set it up, there was a used coffee pod already in the machine. Then when we ran the cleaning cycle the water came out dirty and with coffee grounds already in it, making it more obvious the machine had been used. Finally, when we opened the sampler pods we found that 4 of them had been swapped out with random Starbucks pods. When we contacted customer service about what could be done for our inconvenience, they only offered a measly $15.00 eGiftcard, even though the price of a used machine is $130 at other retailers and we paid $199 for our falsely advertised machine. Ultimately, the machine itself is fine, just don’t buy it at Target.

It said New when I bought it but it came dusty and looked like it is an open box item. Very disappointed.

This machine is just simply. bad. I've had it for a little more than a year, already had a replacement, and it still does not work. It requires tons of attention, and every time it breaks due to a new issue. I spend more time on the phone with the support than I do drinking coffee. My brother has the same machine, and, alas, he has issues all the time. I had the original machine for years, and never had problems with it.

ZERO STARS!! top button stopped working after brewing ONLY 20 cups. I didn’t even get to use all of my pods before it was completely useless. brand new fresh out of the box stopped working after 20 cups and cannot be replaced because of warranty issues. i’m SO sad don’t buy this or you’ll be sad too

Absolute fail on my part not to read reviews before purchasing. This machine has not easily brewed a coffee capsule since day one. I get blinking red lights, solid orange or red lights. Things that should spin don’t always. I’m glad I bought it on sale but I don’t even have patience to spend more time troubleshooting. It refuses to connect to my phone via Bluetooth and it feels like help can’t happen since it’s not connected to the app. Will stick with my Original Line machine

I have two machines not working . Both were gift from my daughters my daughter tried contact to company few times and asked repair them. These machine is not last not that long. I have'nt been able to use this for long time. I don't want to recommend this . I love to send them back to company.

Coffee maker is garbage only lasts a few years with minimal use. Gets a blinking red light. Tried descaling twice after the cleaning cycle the red light just blinks. The machine brews awesome tasting coffee however not worth replacing machine after a few years with only minimal use ( 4 cups a month max ) as only my wife used this . She is not a big coffee drinker. I use my keurig everyday and it lasted so far 6 years going strong.

This is the second Nespresso machine I've owned, and it has been disappointing at the least. It has been glitchy from the very beginning and completely broke in less than 2 years.
