When it works, it is a great machine. But we have had two irreparably break in a three year time, so I do not recommend this model.

Lasted less than two years and came with many problems. I love the Nespresso espresso and coffee but not sure I’ll be sticking with the brand. I have tons of pods with no machine to brew them. And the pod prices have gone up so much not sure if I’m saving much nowadays vs going to the coffee shop

Falls Flat in area advertised to excel My first purchase was the Vertuo Plus by Breville. I personally love the machine. I still have it currently at my home. I loved my Nespresso Vertuo Plus so much I thought why not purchase the new updated one? However wasn't sure I wanted to purchase one at full price since I already had one machine. I chose to get the Vertuo Next (Reloved). I have had two issues so far and I have had it around 2 weeks. The first one isn't really the machine's fault but maybe it should be easier to see. The Machine apparently doesn't pair with Android 12 or 13. I purchased the supposedly upgraded newer version of Nespresso for 3 reasons. 1. It could pair with my phone. I have a Samsung Flip4. It will NOT pair with my phone; it was purchased at the beginning of this year, so it is NOT an old outdated phone. 2. It could do the smart coffee where I could turn a coffee pod into a double espresso pod. This machine however has been unresponsive to the process. You are supposed to be able to put in any pod press the button 2x under 7s and it turns into an espresso pod. That function hasn't worked. 3. It could do the larger pods. The machine at least as been able to do that. I personally am not sure the extra money is worth the newer espresso vertuo next. I do love Nespresso, so I don't want to give that impression. I am just disappointed in the issues this one machine has given.

Had for two years and it already broke - warranty only lasts a year. Only option is to pay for a repair, which could take 4-6 weeks, or buy a new one with 35% off. I do not recommend this product at all! Be prepared to pay for another machine in 2 years.

I recieved mine as a gift 3 years ago. it's a constant battle. never hot enough. leaks after descaling. coffee is always bitter. My machine has been a headache from day one..

I loved this machine at first, but I'm becoming less and less of a fan as time goes on. Firstly, this machine is LOUD when it is brewing a pod. Secondly, God forbid you accidentally try to brew a cup while the water tank is empty -- the machine will emit an even louder noise AND vibrate in anger. The last time I made the mistake of trying to brew while the water tank was empty, my coffee mug vibrated off the holding tray and crashed onto my floor in a million pieces, and I had to spend all day cleaning up the mess of milk and sugar on my kitchen counters and floor. Thirdly, the "brew" button on top doesn't work 50% of the time. I press it and press it and press it, and it won't start brewing the pod until my 1000th press. Guess this machine was on sale for a reason.

Purchased in October and should’ve listened to the prior reviews. Made great coffee at first but then pods wouldn’t produce coffee…then that orange light…then it wouldn’t power on!!!! I switched outlets, wasted two pods and yeah this thing failed to power on after only having it for 2 months!!!!!

I bought the Vertuo Next and one of the reasons I bought this coffee maker and not another was because of the bluetooth option. It worked great but I recently moved and went to rehook it after changing our wifi password and had to reset my machine. It wont hook up because my phone and tablet are both android 12 and 13. My phone and tablet are not very old, so to not be able to connect is pretty ridiculous.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got this one after our Vertuo Plus began having some issues. The light on it kept turning red when we wanted to make coffee despite many cleanings and consultations with the folks at Nespresso. The Next is a little harder to operate, and after just a few cups the light started turning yellow and refusing to make coffee. I was able to fix it by unplugging it and restarting it. I have also vowed to clean it once a week and just did the first cleaning. It seems to be working well now. We saved the other one, which we can get to work with a bit of fiddling around. I like the coffee from both machines very much but could not really recommend it to a friend because of all the cleaning, calling for consultations, looking things up on YouTube, etc. It's definitely easy to use.

Two stars only because the coffee is great WHEN it works. So disappointed in the TWO machines we have. The first one worked well for several months, then mysteriously quit (orange light repeatedly despite regular cleanings/descaling processes.) We had given a machine to mom, but it was so hard to lock and unlock for her that when ours quit, we confiscated hers (after buying her a Keurig which she adores and is easy for her to use--no the coffee isn't as good but she's happy with it.) Then the SECOND machine stopped working--again after regular cleaning and descaling. VERY disappointed, ESPECIALLY after having just received a large coffee order!!
