this is my third machine and yes the coffee is spectacular but the machines works good for sometime and then it starts giving problems. I do all the trouble shooting to make it work again and she does but again she stops. Now I have a dilema, I love their coffee but IO cannot be buying a machine every two years, they are not cheap. We are big coffee drinkers, we use about 200 or 300 capsules a month. Again the espresso is excellent excellent excellent but the machine is not iqual to the quality of the product. I am thinking of getting a Kourig to see how it works.

Works great until it doesn't. I'm on my 3rd machine in 3 years. First one only lasted a year and the replacement lasted a little short of 2 years. For the price of the machine, I guess I expect it and plan to keep replacing it since it's perfect in size for the space I have available on my counter.

I bought this Next back in January, and while it was excellent for a couple of months. It began to have a few issues here and there. Honestly, it hasn't bothered me up until today when it began to leak from the front. The water tank area has always leaked on the bottom; though, I chalked that up to the water reservoir still being wet from refilling it with fresh water... I was running a clean cycle (warm water in the tank, unlock lever, press button 5 times fast till it blinks orange five times, then locking & pressing the button three times rapidly, etc), and I noticed that it began to leak in the front of the machine; the spot where the cup holder goes. I had a large bowl underneath the spout to catch the water as it was going through the cleaning cycle. Within the three-month mark of owning it, when I'd turn the Next on, it would blink red, & wouldn't allow me to brew a cup. I'd have to unplug the cord, wait ten seconds, then plug it back in— and it was running like a well-oiled machine again! Well, that doesn't concern me too much, as that's an easy enough fix. 😀 Overall, I do enjoy the Next, as it brews excellent coffee/espresso— Though, I will certainly be ordering a different Vertuo model next go round— no pun intended. 😅

Love mine, love the drinks, only down fall is my leaks water from the bottom of the machine. They won’t replace it which is disappointing only had it for a few months. Called customer service and I can send it in to be worked on and would take over 3 weeks.

I Love Nespresso however the machines don’t seem to last only over a year no matter what machine one buys on the vertuo series. Have tried both the Next and this model. I Love the coffee however the cost of the machines not so much given they just don’t last

I disliked delivery service by fedex and how it was delivered and damaged the box was. It was also dropped off at fedex drop off service. That’s not the problem. The driver knocked on door and never rang doorbell and I have all this on my ring camera too.

After 2.5 years of use, the machine started making a weird noise and began vibrating too loudly. We clean it regularly with the Nespresso descaling solution and always maintain it like new. We only use it on the weekends as well. Unsure if this is the life span of a Nespresso machine which would make sense if the warranty is only good for 2 years. The coffee is better than Kuerig but is it worth having to buy a new machine every few years? Probably not.

Small form factor is nice and it makes nice coffee. Great for single-coffee-drinker households. Also like that nespresso recycles the pods. But I went through 3 or 4 of these machines, each one breaking right around when the warranty was expiring. Thankfully nespresso did provide replacements but it's too frustrating to have a machine that stops working after a year. The main problem mine had was that the sensor would stop reading the pods. It is a relatively inexpensive machine I suppose but I'm just not looking to consume a new machine every year. Was fine while it lasted but won't purchase again

Makes coffee as it should but very hard to close lid and slide over locking device.

This is a great machine that produces quick and easy coffee. However , I found that the taste was a bit bitter after a few uses and couldn’t figure out how to fix it. The Milk frother that comes with it is Amazing and loved using it.
