[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the push button to open/close and the larger water tank. So far the machine has worked well and is quiet. Only improvement would be a larger used capsule compartment.

I do really love this coffee maker. I like my morning coffee. I have two issues, and it has nothing to do with the operation of the machine. The machine is super easy to use, it's easy to put the water in, and it's easy to removed the used capsules. My objections, one, types of coffee. When I upgraded to this machine I thought I would have the same great selection of coffee as I did in my other Nespresso machine that used pods. Nope. There is a very limited selection. I have two double espresso shots in the morning, then I switch to decaf donut house coffee. Not with this machine I don't. I had to keep my Keurig so I could get a breakfast blend decaf. Their selection of decaf is very limited, and their general selection of coffees is limited. Two, I want a white machine, Not a white top, an all white machine. How. could that not be an offering, I am waiting and when it comes out, I'll buy that and pass this one along.

I purchased the nespresso vertuo last Christmas for my husband and I. I really enjoy the taste of nespresso coffee and the simplicity of the machine! I do wish the coffee was a little more affordable, but otherwise I’ve had no issues with the machine.

I just moved back to the US from Spain. My original machine came out of storage but since I had used a Vertuo machine when living in Spain I liked the coffee options and type of brewing better with the new machines. This one went on sale after I missed the smaller machine sale at Target. The coffe is great, my only wish is it made all sizes of coffe as I would like. the carafe size on weekends. But I am still very happy with this machine. Great coffee!

I love It but am wondering why so many of the reviews say it was a “free product”. That doesn’t seem fair and I would also think this would lead to biased reviews. How do I get on the “free machine in return for a review” bandwagon?

Works great until it doesn’t. My husband and I bought this machine in May of 2023. We both use it every day! We brew between 2-4 cups of coffee a day. In September of 2023, it started making this really loud grinding and whirring noise out of nowhere. Called customer support and they had me restart it, descale it, and try to troubleshoot it but nothing helped. Ended up sending it in for repair. They replaced 2 major parts and said it was fixed. Machine came back still making the noise, just quieter. Disappointed that it can’t even last a year.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The manual lever on the Next is harder to use than the automated push button on the Plus. The water tank on the Next is smaller and has to be refilled more. I wanted the Next for the Carafe option but the amount of coffee it makes is not much larger than the 8 oz coffee size. But I like the appearance of the Next more than the Plus.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our previous machine stopped working, so we opted the discount on a new machine rather than repairing the old one. We are long-time nespresso users, and have saved quite a bit of money forgoing the expensive coffee shops.

So far so good. Makes good coffee. Machine is a little loud but coffee does not come out diluted. Looks nice on countertop
