I loved this machine and the coffee however the machine is now leaking. I have used this machine less than once per week, maybe 150 times total, in the 2.5 years I have had it. I have reached out to customer service about the short life of their product and have not heard back. Sad because it is good coffee, but you couldn't use this machine daily for 1 year. All descaling and cleaning was done regularly.

Worked great for one and a half months. Now it goes from a green light flashes red twice back to green. I have di scaled it twice set it back to factory and used it once since then now it’s right back green to red back to green very disappointed because my old one worked for years

Bought this a year ago and it stopped working in mid stream , jammed with pod inside & can't open it now? tried unplugging & restarting still didn't work? Very disappointed, & what a waste of money .

Bought this machine a week ago, unpacked it and the pump was broken. Water leaked everywhere, nespresso replaced the machine. Got the new machine three days later and the new one also leaked all over the place. Haven’t been able to even try the coffee. Maybe third times the charm?

Much like other reviewers, the quality on this machine is lacking. Even with proper maintenance, it went bad right before the 2 year mark. I put the pod in and click the button - Light blinks orange twice. Descaled and Cleaned - it works 1 time and then process starts over again. Tech support couldn't fix it and offered 35% off a new device since it is out of warranty. I wouldn't recommend this device.

I HATE this machine! I had this machine for three months or so and I absolutely hate it. I hate how I have to push the pods to the back of the dispenser. It does not froth like the original vertuo. It's loud and I wish I had rebought the original Vertuo machine. For someone who has Nespresso for over 6 years, do not get trapped and buy the latest and greatest. I rather have a bulky machine than a machine that's not functional.... Not to mention, I hate the water dispenser. I feel like It's going to break everytime I refill water. I wish I could go back to what I had.... I wouldn't say I like this one . Do yourself a favor.... DO NOT BUY!!!! HATE! HATE! HATE!

Coffee tastes great when it works, but this is the second time in under two years that my machine has broken. I have tried everything. I am so over it. I don't even want to send it in to be fixed. Going to get the VerturoLine since my parents have had theirs with no issues for just as long.

I went through three of these machines before giving up on them. The coffee - when they work - is excellent. I enjoyed it thoroughly and I think the Vertuo offerings are more compelling than the Original pod coffees. However, I cannot give it anything greater than a single star due to the repeated machine failures. Nespresso and its suppliers need to do a better job at making sure these machines last. The failure rate is too high and regrettably that leaves a bad taste in the customer's mouth in the long run.
