I got rid of mine. I drink more than a 7.7 oz cup a coffee. Hardly with it if your a coffee drinker.

I can’t get the lid to open and it didn’t come with pods

Was so excited to receive the Vertuo Plus as a housewarming gift only to open the new box to a cracked carafe and no drip cup even in the box. How disappointing that a part didn’t actually make it the box. I wouldn’t care about the drip cup if I was making coffee but feel it’s absolutely needed for the espresso. Hopefully these issues can be resolved, I would have given a 5 star rating otherwise. I fell in love with my daughter in law’s machine this Christmas.

I bought my machine about 1.5 years ago. It worked great, and I have cleaned and descaled regularly. For the past few months I have been disappointed by the coffee. It does not taste like it did before. Every pod I use tastes the same (burnt) and I am frustrated every time I drink it (which is daily). The only difference I can sense in the machine is a slightly increased loudness during brewing. I assume that it is not centrifuging properly and is therefore ruining the subtle coffee flavors. I loved the Veruto coffee before but certainly don't think this machine should be repurchased yearly in order to get the best experience. I think (hope) I got a dud because I have tried coffee from two other machines that look way older/more beat up than mine with coffee that tastes how mine used to. Planning on repurchasing because the Veruto is so convenient and I found the set up great for making lattes. I am just worried about having a similar experience again :(

I am enjoying my upgrade from the original BUT….the cord is in the worse place and just sticks out from the device and looks horrible on my counter. Such a disappointment especially I purchased the limited edition color to be “shown” on my counter.

I haven't had this a year and it was fine at first, went from working sporadically to not working at all. I've descaled it, cleaned it, tried to reset it , and now it just doesn't work at all.

The first machine I ever received was Great!! , wasn’t very loud, made great coffee ( not an over abundance of “foam”, and was just awesome. Move on to 3 replacements ( thank you , but NO thank you ) which were refurbished replacements… horrible!!! Loud and leaky ! So I decided to buy another, because I do love the coffee. Now I am stuck with a Very loud machine that makes sooo much foam that I have to change cups!!! I don’t get it!!! Not very happy!!!

It’s a decent coffee machine and cheap alternative. Cleaning is easy and coffee is good not as good as freshly grained coffee beans but will do for some time. Also it’s quick

Purchased a Ventuo Plus yesterday and it came with sample pods which are mostly gross, burnt and bitter tasting and just all around nasty. My super auto broke, so it may be that I'm accustomed to a high quality of coffee, and this is not it. I tried to order different coffee on the Nespresso site, since all I can find around me is Starbucks brand pods and I don't like Starbucks, but the site does not recognize the $10 welcome coupon code they put in the box. I also tried ordering through the chat feature but that took 27 minutes and still nothing was happening so I gave up and decided to return this machine. I feel like it's not good to buy a machine when my only option is to order pods online and Nespresso's online ordering process is obvioulsy a hot mess (27min to order pods and still nothing happened?!). Also, what kind of company sends you a faulty "welcome" coupon? Taking this machine back today, there's got to be a better option for decent at-home coffee out there, but this is not it.

I’ve gone through 4 different nespresso machines this one is my final try, the other ones were the next ones and they break super easily and ruin your counter tops by leaking the discarded coffee liquid underneath. I prefer this one over the other nespresso machines. It’s good while it works, the pods are a hassle to order because I have to order them due to them not being in my area. Hopefully this one lasts me a long time.
