Had it less than a year and it’s already broken.

Screws are thrown in all together and the size difference is so minimal, and flat vs round head are the same, that you can’t tell the difference. Will never buy again.

I was so excited to buy this truck for my son. Unfortunately, he only got to ride it a few times before the battery no longer held a charge despite charging it the recommended 8-12 hours. I contacted customer service and they sent a new battery but unfortunately the truck would still only run for 5 minutes before dying again. I contacted customer service again but they wouldn't help me further. My son has been so disappointed that he has only been able to ride it a few times. This has definitely been a waste of money, time, and energy. I highly suggest a different brand truck as this one is not worth the headache.

I did receive a refund but disappointed because my granddaughter enjoyed this for a short time and they were not able to replace with a guarantee.

My son loved his jeep until the battery died before 3 months from purchase date. The company’s customer service was great, but they sent us the wrong battery which took forever. Then, they sent us another battery and it still didn’t work. By the time we got the 2nd battery, it was past 6 months and they couldn’t do anything else for us. However, they refunded us our money. The jeep was great up until it stopped working. I would look into spending money in a different brand that last longer.

I am absolutely serious about my title. These directions are horrible. Normally, purchasing something you need to assemble includes an itemized list with parts numbered, quantity, pictures of said part, pictures of what goes where, when, and how. Can’t even return. I’ve broken up with my boyfriend twice. There are over 100 reviews about this and the problem still hasn’t been fixed. To the company owner… I hate you… RESPECTFULLY

First, the assembly instructions are deplorable. Fortunately I am an engineer and figured things out. If you don't have good mechanical skills, good luck figuring things out.Second and most important, the Remote was DOA, it would not sync with the truck no matter what I tried. Tried all different solutions but none worked. Called their customer support and they will hopefully send me a new remote. Fortunately I am about 12 days till Christmas, so if new remote shows up before than and it works, I will revise this review.

Charger stopped working my after a couple months. The vehicle stoped working after a year and it was used lightly and stored in our garage. Do not buy this product, way to expensive for it to not last. Extremely disappointing.

We’ve had this Jeep garage kept and only used it a few times and it’s already stopped working entirely. I can’t see a way to contact the company or anything for possible solutions.
