We bought this Jeep for our son for Xmas. Due to the weather the Jeep has literally been in storage inside the house until this afternoon when we took it out for the first time. Within 5 mins, the gas pedal stopped working then when we tried to use the parental remote, the right hand steering completely stopped working. I have never felt so ripped off by a product in my life. BUYER BEWARE!

I will admit that this jeep looks pretty sweet. It looks rugged, with big knobby wheels, working headlights, and just that cool jeepy look. When it worked, my kids absolutely loved this ride-on car. But eventually the charger stopped charging. I confirmed the battery was still good, but the charger simply wasn't sending anything over. I contacted the seller and they would not provide a replacement charger, even if I were to purchase one. So now I'm stuck with a very cool-looking but non-working and unchargeable ride-on car. Buyer beware, buy a Power Wheels instead and get real customer service, and available replacement parts!

just recieved the truck for my god son and was about to build it and noticed that the entire bottom were the front wheels go was cracked and broken it was a total disapointment now i have to return it back and purchase another and hope i comes in time and not damaged

My mom bought this as a gift... It was used only 3 times and it stopped working. Got the battery tested and the battery is fine.... I guess is the motor

assembled product and didnt work. vage start up directions and seen no technical support hotline havent had to send back or check instruction manuel bought another electric toy car and instruction were much easier to follow

The most important part on my sons jeep is missing….all 4 tires!!! Today was his birthday and this was suppose to be his gift…buzz kill! Please make my order right…I just need the wheels!!!

Bought for Christmas and only rode once in the spring and tried it out again now that it's summer. My kid has never had one before so he was super excited but he quickly got bored because this jeep doesn't move. It's slow as a snail even fully charged. I walk slowly next to him and he can't keep up. Used 2 times and wasn't enjoyable. Big waste of money.

Piece of crap! My grandson used 3 times and it quit charging

If you can’t assemble it yourself and no one to assemble it for you don’t buy it, it’s on the manual that it’s not returnable and it’s difficult to get hold of them after sales. Think twice before purchasing it
