We bought this a year ago and it's not working. So sad because our kids LOVED it but for that price I couldn't justify buying again. The power button stopped working. The charger broke. Bought a new one broke. Battery doesn't stay charged 😕 just frustrating for such a cool toy

Over all it's not a bad toy. Returning it is a complete hassle, plus the cost of it is on this end. Not very good traction had to spray some rubber flex seal on the tires. When turning the steering turns but then goes straight so you have to almost pump the turning button. The range is really nice but the controller is really janky. For 3 hundred dollars and some change you think you would get a better quality remote . The battery only lasts an hour but takes 8; hours to charge it. I don't know, I have mixed reviews when it comes to this one. And also the seat belt isn't a harness one it's just this basic generic clip belt that's so wide apart it leaves room to stand up and other stuff you shouldn't be doing while riding in it. Probably gonna return it, not looking forward to that..

Haven't got my son using it yet due his birthday is a few days yet. Assembly is not fun. For parts you should use a sockets wrench for it includes 2 plastic wrenches which I don't recommend. The screws are not put the pieces on and screw in. You will have to man handle these a bit as they are very tight fits and easy to be off on. Also screws are super cheap and the second they get tight will start to strip at the top. I did only hand tighten. Last thing is the metal axle pieces can scratched up. Should be painted black but mine had some nice chunks of paint clearly scratched.

One of the front marker lights never worked out of the box. And it is underpowered-- even with a full charge, it has difficulty climbing even slight hills with my 60lb 5 year old. The radio is too complicated for this 40-year-old engineer to figure out, and my 5yo can't do anything with it but press random buttons and hope something works. It reminds me of a cheap MP3 stick player from 15 years ago. There were a lot of parts to put together, but that part went fine-- nothing unexpected or difficult. I love the remote control, though there are buttons on it that have no obvious purpose and there are no instructions on how to use it.

One of the major things I liked about this was it could climb our small (2-3') hills in our yard so my kids could actually play in the yard with it.Unfortunately, they opened this for Christmas 2019. Here I am in October 2020 and the battery dies after about 10-15 minutes. I've used only their charger and followed the recommended charging intervals and care for it - and it's just almost completely dead.

Went together easily. It was missing some hardware. Missing some screws. My boy likes this beautiful Jeep toy.The biggest problem with this item is the battery and the turning radius stinks. Battery runs down in 15 to 30 minutes. I have another 6 volt Volkswagen bus that runs for hours and it is more powerful. This Jeep's power is weak, especially when driving up an incline, off pavement after about 15 minutes of run time. My little guy has collided with objects several times because of the poor turning radius. It turns even worse in one direction than the other.Roll bar should be higher to make it a better safety device. The seat belt isn't going to help much if this high-center-of-gravity Jeep tips over. My boy has tipped it over already once. Would be nice if the overhead roll bar lights were operational.

This is a very good product for its price but I did find a couple of things that I did not consider when I bought it and wanted to share for the other customers.- The acceleration/deceleration bump will make your kid shake. When you let go of the pedal or the remote control acceleration button, the car instantly stops running and causes your kid to go back and forth so make sure you put the seatbelt on.- The plastic wheels slide too easily on concrete or pavement so make sure you practice a little bit with the remote before letting your kid rid on it.- No suspension which propagates the bumps on the road directly to the driver.- The battery life is really good and it will allow you to go for a walk with your kid on the car. I've taken my kid on a good 30+ minutes walk and it came back home with problem but since there is no way to determine the charge on the battery, then make sure you fully charge it before going out.- The seat has no cushion so your kid will get tired of sitting on a hard seat sooner than later.Other than that, it's a good electric car for kids as a toy. It has good traction which will allow us to use it for a couple of years and pass it on to my second child. If I knew these things before I bought it, I would have probably spent a couple more bucks and get another model that takes care of them. I know there are other models that control the acceleration of the motors and make an easier and more enjoyable ride.

The car itself is pretty good. It seems fairly well built and the 3 speeds are great when going on walks. The lights are a cool feature and the battery has a reasonable run time, at least an hour for us. The biggest downside is the remote. It constantly loses connection which can be very jerky when either turning or accelerating. Which brings me to my next point; our neighbors recently got a similar Jeep and there remote is super smooth. So I emailed the seller and asked for a replacement remote but I was outside of their 60 day warranty, which is a joke of a warranty. This warranty period makes me question the quality of the product, but so far after 6 months no problems minus the extremely cheap, crappy remote. Wish I knew which one our neighbors got so you could go buy it instead!

We received jeep but no tires to be found. So now it's a waiting process to see when the tires will be delivered. I can't believe it just didn't come all in one big box. So now my two year old is saying tires and it's a disappointing to not let her use it right away. Overall, jeep is adorable but mad that the tires weren't in box.

The product itself is pretty good. It took me less than an hour to assemble with no prior knowledge of cars and how they’re put together. My 2 year old loves it. My only thing is- DONT lose anything. They won’t replace it or ever help you get a new part. I thought I had lost the charger was remote and I bought the warranty when I got the jeep and I contacted customer service and they told me they don’t sell any replacement parts for anything and that I would have to buy a whole new jeep. Luckily I found them and the jeep works great but that was a really upsetting response from customer service still.
