This is a HORRIBLE PURCHASE!!!! I bought this for my daughter to only find out it doesn’t charge or turn on!!! I am so mad I spent over $200 on this jeep! why would they treat their customers this way?!!!!!

I purchased the jeep for my grandson in 2021 and it’s amazing he loves it, and it has been trouble free all of these years. We moved and we lost the charger. I contacted the seller and they replied very kindly with in 24 hours that they could not get me one I would need to buy another Jeep. I wasn’t asking for free I wanted to purchase it. I give these guys 1 star because that is ridiculous customer service.

Bought this for my two-year-old for Christmas, It doesn't hold a charge for very long. there are issues with the on switch where it doesn't connect and won't turn on and now will not charge at all. assuming the charging port has broken or just gave out not sure. Do not buy. We've had this for three months and it's been having problems since the second month. my kid probably used it every other day. Junk, DO NOT BUY.

My daughter LOVED this car for the first summer we had it. We got it out this year and it won’t move. I reached out to customer service and they said their manufacturer won’t provide a replacement part, even though we know what part is malfunctioning. We are even happy to pay for it. As an alternative, they offered us FIVE percent off a new one. What a joke.

Bought this in 2021 for my daughter and she used it only once. We stored it away until yesterday and it did not charge at all. Contacted the seller, but they asked for a picture. The unit is intact, but does not charge. What can I possibly send a picture of? The order is old, but the unit was only used once and should still be fully Functional. completely unacceptable!
