My son received this as a birthday gift and less than a year later it no longer works. Warranty is only 6 months. He did love using it the couple of months he had it before the winter but I won’t be buying another one.

One of the HED lights doesn't work and there is no way to contact the seller.

We bought the jeep for our daughters 4th birthday. The battery only lasted 30min after the initial recommended charging per the manual. After that day and charging again it lasted only 3 days of use and charging. Now the jeep does not move whatsoever. Not happy with the purchase at all.

The entire light system failed after 3 uses. I tried to find a trouble shooting guide to no success. So now we have a ride in car that only halfway works. I have checked all the wires and circuitry but have been unable to locate the issue to fix it.

It worked great for almost 6 months. My son is rough on this thing and its holding up great. But, the remote no longer works. My son is two and all though he learned to drive it, he needs guidance and supervision and without the remote it's useless for our situation. So my son has to look at it and I have to explain to him why he cant drive it. Very disappointed!

Everything about the car seemed to be fine at first, but after following the rules for charging it still only allowed my son to ride it for 20-30 mins before dying. However, the customer service for this product was great!

I can not get it to turn on. The red terminal will not tightly connect and just sits there loosely. Then if I try to turn it on the light flashes really quick once and turns off. IDK what to do...should I send it back or? 😣 I am very upset about this. Even after letting charge all night it just won't turn on at all.

Charged it once and used it for a few minutes at a time for 3 days, then had to put it away until it got warmer ... Well it's warmer now and it will not charge at all !!! Not worth it

Stopped working after three months. Remote stopped after 2 uses. Messaging seller now to see what can be done

I was so excited to give this to my son for his birthday. He absolutely loved it. He was able to use it for a couple of weeks until we started having issues. We have tried everything. We charged it, changed the battery and multiple other things. We spent a good amount of money on this for it to not work for very long. Pretty disappointed.
