Your phone has to be plugged in to play music, it will not connect via Bluetooth. My child will not stop messing with the cord and the radio included is heavily accented children singing parts of kids songs. Otherwise, great product! Looks great. We’ve only had it a couple of days but so far works great!

I had what I thought was missing parts. I requested a Refund. This item has no refunds. Little did I know it came in two shipments. The truck ship's without the wheels. The wheels came with another shipment. When you go to put it together the manual is not very informational, you have to figure out how to connect the front frame and wheels.

The remote control shipped with the vehicle is not the same as the one listed in the owners manual. Unable to sync remote control feature? The is no "A" and "V" button on the remote? I've reached out to the customer service but have yet to hear back. Anyone elese having the same issue?Thank you!

When it’s charged, it’s great for 15 to 20 minutes. Then the battery dies. This is our second one and our first one was great until my toddler decided to fix it and ripped up some stuff on the inside. The second one that we bought does not hold a charge well at all. Which is frustrating for all of us especially my five year old. I am not happy or impressed.

Remote control is really not that good

Battery life is very short. Wish the had 3 hours at least to use. With a spam of 8 hr to charge

Just did not work as well as we hoped.

It isn’t very powerful compared to the other power wheel type vehicles we have purchased.

The seat and seat belt fell apart after using it for couple times.

We purchased this for our son for Christmas and it is awesome!! Our only issue is one of the front lights doesn't work.. Not sure on how to fix it but other then that my son loves it!
