I had issues from day one. Put it together on Christmas eve. Charged all night. The battery lasted 30 minutes. It is 6 months later and the hardware on the bottom for the front wheels has already broken. The screws have pulled out. If you get this put insurance on it you will absolutely need it.

It looks great but the back frame sits too low and the wheels rub the entire fender front and back of the back wheel so it isn’t functioning well. Very disappointed

The battery died after 6 months. The vendor does not support the needed battery. Essentially spend another $289 because of a faulty battery. They only warranty for 90 days. Never heard of less than a year. Seller did nothing help solve the problem. Clearly only cares about the sale

Issa no for me. My battery and connector didn't work. So the car didn't work. I was supposed to get a replacement battery and connector. I checked on my replacement parts weeks later and was told that they were out of batteries and could only send the connector OR give me 15% partial refund. 😒 Needless to say my sons truck still won't be working.

We purchased this Jeep as a Christmas present my son this past Christmas. We received a Jeep that didn’t work the first time and the company sent us a new one after we returned the broken one. My son had ridden in this Jeep twice since Christmas and it is no longer working. We have followed instructions very carefully for charging and such. This product had such great reviews. It’s a shame we can’t get a working Jeep.

My 4 year old, 40 pound son loves his Jeep, however, after less than 3 short months, the right rear axle is broken with no way to fix. The warranty is only for 60 days, despite the high price that I spent on this item. Very disappointing that Best Choice Products won't help repair or replace this item.

Took over a month for the company to get my order shipped correctly. Finally got it and after taking it out a few times the battery runs down in minutes. Charged as instructed 12 hours and it dies in 20 minutes even when left in low gear. Sweet little jeep, stereo, remote control and light, but now looking at replacement batteries and taking into account the shipping nightmare i wouldn't recommend this to a friend in good conscious. I'll contact the seller and see if they send me a replacement battery. If they do replace the battery I'll update this and i would recommend them to friends. All about customer service!

Not Recommended...We really wanted to like this Jeep. Our son loves it. However, after only 3 months the car will not drive in low gear and when the remote is paired the vehicle starts to go haywire turning back/forth and accelerating/decelerating on its own. Being that the remote was a main selling point, to be able to have some sort of safety over my kiddo, its a bit disappointing. It was fun while it lasted but $250 for 3 months of use is hardly worth it.After contacting BCP we were told the car is "outside of warranty". I guess I should have done my due diligence, a 60 day warranty period should have been a warning sign of high failure rate. After looking at other reviews it seems like they've shortened this period even (some reviews say they were told 6 months, others 90 days...).If I were to do it again I'd look at other brands.

My daughter got the car Christmas of 2019 and drove it around four times before the final accident. I had been noticing small glitches using the parental control but writing them off as my daughter flipping a switch until the last incident happened where the car accelerated full speed in reverse flipping the Jeep front end over rear on top of my 5yo daughter who luckily was injury free den the incident. The manufacturer made it much more difficult than it needed to be all I requested was to return the item as my daughter is obviously scared of it now and after many emails and representative and filling out claim forms releasing the company from any responsibility the are allowing me to return even though all of this happened within 60 days of purchase 30 if you count she didn’t open it until Christmas.

HELP! Our jeep will not hold charge whatsoever and it’s only two years old, rode rarely at Grandma’s, stored covered and in her garage, and well taken care of! Anyone else have this issue? My LO’s are so upset!!! 😭Hoping a battery replacement will do the trick?! Anyone have any suggestions PLEASE I’m desperate!!!! 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
