Purchased one and loved it, but lost it somewhere. The second one was missed sizes and won't fit. Quality is not consistent

XL is too large and it rolls down. I felt that the product was used and worn already. Yoo flimsy!! I actually really dislike this product and need to return it. Is it too late?
