I had to use both on one (1) one knee for pain relief. I would like to see more support on both sides of the knee and front of the knee.

I was expecting a little more support.

A lot of noise is being made about these Copper Fit products. Their average folks nothing to write home to mom about they do an OK job. There are several ointments out there that do a much better job on your joints.

Unfortunately it is not for anyone who has allergic reactions from copper. I use other braces that have silicon to keep the brace in place. This one gave me a very bad rash.

to tight above knee.

I give it a 3 because the material is to hot it feels like a sweater, and it rolls down a lot. So with that being said it’s not too comfortable. Will have to try another product.

I am a woman with large thighs and even a larger size cut into my upper thigh. It didn’t seem to do anything for my knee.

I don't have pain, but my knee pops out when I am sleeping. I was hoping this would help stabilize my knee so it wouldn't pop out. Unfortunately, it still popped out and it was very thought on my thigh.

Fit is on the small size. Suggest that you buy a size larger than expected. The support appears to be good but it is tight on the thigh section. It does not roll down like other products but I am not wearing it a lot to find out if it is effective.
