At first I thought this floss brush was broken so I ordered a second one and found out I was putting the batteries in incorrectly so double check that you are installing the batteries the way it directs you to or it will not work, far as the brush it self I love it, my dentist gave me a A for cleaning my teeth and asked me what have I’ve been doing differently this this time, I showed her my floss action brush and we agreed it is a game changer, my teeth is flossed perfectly and deep cleaned like the dentist provides, I use my oral B battery operated toothbrush in the morning and I use this floss brush every night

Bought this for overseas travel so I wouldn't have so many chargers and other stuff to haul. Wasn't sure if it would be strong enough but it worked very well and my two included batteries are still very strong. I would certainly recommend this product

Does a nice job on teeth, easy to use
