If I could give it a zero, I would. Absolutely useless.

Arrived in reasonable time period. Did not detect error codes for problems the car already identified. Wasted money.

Would not connect to my vehicle (2007 GMC Envoy). Tried multiple times over multiple days following all online guidance. Overall, unit is not great quality. I paid a few dollars more and got a much better unit (ANCEL AD310) which connected immediately, had a multiple line screen, and was incredibly simple to use.

Only reason I'm giving it a 1star is because I can't give it anything lower. Looks all pretty and shiny but when you use it nothing. Tried it on all my vehicles, to include a new vehicle and all I got was "link error" don't waste your time or money on it.

I finally got to try and see if this scanner worked and found out it does not, at least not what I thought it was suppose to do, which is to erase codes. When I plugged it in, it would not go beyond the logo screen, and go to the screen described in the manual. I replugged it in couple of time but same result. I finaly went ahead to the next step and got to the code screen and tried to erase them but it would not, I tried the suggestions in the manual but with no result. Not sure if this thing is broken or this is scam and these things just don't work either way.

Device will not erase codes. Big disappointment. I didn't need it till yesterday when I tried it for the first time. Waste of money if it won't clear the check engine light from the dash after trying to troubleshoot a problem. I wanted to clear the code and try one solution after the other, but without being able to clear the code how the hell do I know if I fixed anything. Absolute junk
