The first hat that was sent to me had some loose stitches - I was worried it would come apart so I emailed customer service. They quickly replaced the hat and i am very happy with it, the quality is very good and my husband reports that it is very comfortable and warm.

Well made...fits a little small though

This is a nice quality hat. Warm and comfortable. Only problem is, it could be a little bigger. I have a large head, my hat size is 7 and 5/8 and it just fits me. I would warn anyone who has a larger hat size than me that this hat will be to small
