Start adjusting after a few days of having it now stuck in one position

We bought two of these 5 months ago for our game room and they are already broken - they won’t set to hold the chair shape. Our teenager uses them as a floor mat now for board games, but very disappointed.

Arrived in damaged box and completely ruined. Requested to refund item but have to pay to get a new box… not happy at all with this.

I bought the Giantex Floor Chair with Back Support, Folding Sofa Chair for my sons Christmas gift. It is extremely comfortable and I give it 5 starts for comfort , but it only lasted 4 weeks before it broke. My son used it for gaming purposes and one day it just snapped and he was not able to get the back support to stay up . I hope to receive a replacement to give it another try or a full refund.

I didn’t find that it was large enough or comfortable. I am 5’7 & 148 lbs for reference. The cushion was lacking comfort. It felt narrow. Just overall not a great seat to watch a movie or game on. No good support or cushion. It also seemed a bit flimsy, and easily breakable, I wouldn’t think the mechanism that supports the back would last very long. Disappointing.

I had this about 65 days and the recliner piece has broken. I did reach out to the manufacturer since Amazon will not warrant. No word from them and it’s been months now. I would not purchase again as clearly it’s not of the best quality.It now lays flat on the floor and heading to the dumpster. It was not inexpensive so I am very disappointed that I can’t get any sort of satisfaction from Amazon or the manufacturer.

These chairs only lie flat. The hinges inside are cheap and wear out fast. Buy another brand. Don’t buy these.
