Was excited to order this version of the game with three new wild tiles for new ways to play. When I received my order I originally was sent the basic version of the game that did not include the three new wild tiles as advertised on the product photo and description. A helpful rep at Target.com sent out a replacement game and the new one that was shipped was the correct version. The new wild tiles will make this family favorite more fun to play, BUT I am giving this particular version 3 stars as I am not a fan of the updated tile shape and quality in this version of the game. The tiles feel much lighter and cheaper than the other version we have that was bought last year. They have also made the tiles curved/concave where they no longer sit flush with the table, so they easily move and spin around. That's annoying when the point of the game is to line the tiles up and manipulate them around over and over again. It was much nicer when the tiles were thicker, heavier and flatter and stayed where you placed them easier. Since the tiles are totally different now that the previous version of the game, I won't be able to just pull out the new wild tiles and use the old tiles since it would be obvious which tiles are now wild.

This was one of my favorite games as a child. I was excited to share it with my own kids. But upon opening the box, I was disappointed in the poor quality of the pieces. The set I played with 20+ years ago had nice, heavy tiles. They were very similar to good quality dominoes. These are very lightweight plastic and are actually smaller than the original version. I gave the 3 stars because I think it is still a fun game with wide age range appeal. But I will be on the lookout for a better quality set to replace it with.

We enjoyed playing the game, but several of the pieces became smudged after play.

The game itself is very fun, but the reason I gave three stars is that the tiles feel very cheap and the print quality is terrible. There is smearing on the tiles from the ink, seems like mostly the blue color, making it feel cheap and not well made.
