Cheap Chinese junk. Purchased on Woot. Wireless charging Didn’t work out of the box. Badly made.

Not sure if the item I received was "defective", but it's claimed 10,000mah capacity was all but depleted charging a note 10+, and the power bank refuses to charge any of my devices wirelessly. Power bank was purchased off woot.com.

DO NOT BUY... mine works only occasionally and charges VERY slow. If I hooked my phone up to a hamster wheel it would charge faster. It's more worthless than Hillary C.

Horrible product, don’t buy. Cheap plastic would easily crack if dropped. QI Charger barley worked on Apple and Samsung phones. Has to get it in a very specific spot, and then it would just cut out.

Bought 3 of these from Woot. One stopped working in less than 90 days (wouldn't charge or stay on to charge devices). One didn't work out of the box (turns on but doesn't actually charge anything for more than a couple mins from either USB port). The only one that does work can barely charge an iPhone X (2716 mAh), with 1 bar remaining. Cannot charge an iPad (8827 mAh) completely. Wireless charging does seem to work but requires perfect placement of the phone. Only way to contact company for support of the "limited lifetime warranty" is via email. I emailed them with no response. I will update the review if they ever respond. I cannot recommend purchasing ANYTHING from ADURO.

I had high hopes for this unit. First, its light weight but feels like a drop will damage it for sure.Second, it took several attempts to get phones to actually start charging. Finding the right position, I tried with my Samsung phone as well as an iPhone.Third, unit was almost fully depleted from a full charge while charging the iPhone. I didn't even fully charge the phone. I have other units that are capable of charging at least twice for the same capacity stated for this one.
