It's rare for me to request a refund, but this is definitely going back. First of all, there's something that rattles inside the unit. (SEE VIDEO)Second - this thing is so light, that I doubt the stated mAh... I don't have the time to test it, but suffice to say that it does NOT have the weight of my other batteris of similar rating. Again - this is just what i felt, not something i tested. But the issue above, certainly exists. -- SEE UPDATE... CONFIRMED the stated capacity is not accurate.Third, the charging area is small... so small that moving the phone around to find that spot wastes more time that just plugging it in. I have other wireless chargers (like an OLD ATT one that I get several years ago that still works) - none of them are as finicky as this one.All in all, would not buy again.UPDATE: I charged my Samsung Tab S 10.5" (SM-T800 (WiFi) ) from 0% to 100% (while it was COMPLETELY OFF). The Tab S has a 7,900 mAh battery. It pratically drained this "10,000 mAh" battery.Added video with sound of loose screw. Turn up the speakers.

I previously bought a 10kmAh Ankler for $25 which you can tell by feel is higher quality materials then this one. Even the micro usb cables are noticeably different. However, 1 usb port and no wireless on the Ankler. The light indicators on this are not really self explanatory and there are no instructions explaining them. Maybe on their website? However, this cost $20 and it does what it says it does. The wireless charging works but is finicky, but will not work at all if you have a case on. I received this while at work and we tested on a Galaxy Note8, S8 and an LG V30. It would wireless fast charge all of them, however the case had to be removed from each phone. The Galaxy Note 8 had a Samsung made case which a Samsung wireless charger would work through. In Conclusion, for $20 it deserves 3 stars for what it can do, even if the quality is a little inferior to Ankle and the wireless is inferior to Samsungs.1 Hour Update:Got it to charge with the case on. Had to find the exact spot. It could possibly be that the power bank didn't have enough of a charge itself?24 Hour Update:Wireless charging on this thing isn't worth the hassle of trying to make it work. It's worth $20, but i'd rather get an better quality, slim design one for a few bucks more without wireless. Or spend a bit more on a better quality with wireless.Okay, I decided I was done with the updates, but apparently to get the wireless charging to work, you need to press the button the side (maybe) and shake it around a bit (i guess) until the lights come on (for whatever reason) and that seems to help it work somewhat more consistently.Final Update:Just feel obligated since there are no reviews.Decided this item is not worth the hassle. No response from their customer support email.I am returning.

I just tried to use this after fully charging yesterday and my s9 that was at 30% completely drained it before my phone hit 90 % the wireless charging did work well however, now if have to charge the battery from the mini usb as it will not charge from the type c charger, i will try 1 more time before I give the final rating but maybe i just got a bad one.
