I am giving this product three stars due to an issue using the inductive charge port while the Aduro 10,000 mAh device is off house power; read more below. When the product has arrived, I immediately put it on a charger. It took roughly four hours -- not too bad for a three “port” portable charging device. Using the device and only charging one device at a time, I was able to recharge three devices from less than 15% reseerve to 100% before the Aduro 10,000 mAh Power Bank was drained. Again not bad but the USB ports are “low power” (2.1 Amp) “Smart Charge” ports but each took longer than I expected. I regularly use “power banks” from other vendors that have 3.0 Amp that charge the same devices much faster than the Aduro Power Bank; roughly 50% faster. I found when I charged two devices at once, the overall recharge time reduced -- I was not charging two as once -- but to charge all three was not much quicker than one device at a time.Below is where my testing revealed a pretty serious heat issue.I tested an inductive chargeable device but the Aduro would not recognize it and did not “light up” the wireless port. To be fair, I used a Duracell "Go Power" battery (the first portable battery I purchased many years ago). I suspect the Duracell “GoPower,” a PMA compatible inductive device, is not compatible to the Aduro. As I do not own an inductive charging cell phone, I enlisted a friend that has an older iPhone (5 I believe) and Google Nexus 6 to test the inductive charging port. Those tests did not go so well and in fact revealed a potential safety issue using the inductive charger of the Aduro 10.000 mAh Powere Bank. The first tests with the inductive cell devices was to use the Aduro Power Bank as an desktop inductive charger – meaning the Aduro was connected to a House power source (i.e. on the charger if you will). Both the iPhone and Nexus charged fully and quickly in this “on house power, power mat charging” configuration. However, when we tested the Aduro as a portable inductive battery charging unit, the Aduro 10,000 mAh got so hot so quickly – unable to touch hot – that we ended the test for fear it may ignite a fire. The Aduro fails as a purely portable inductive charging device, however using both ports to charge the two cell phones did not create the same intense heat as the purely inductive first test. I am comfortable with this device serving as a power mat on my Desktop and also as a remote charger using the USB ports.I strongly recommend never using the Aduro inductive charger be used off house power. I believe the overheating could be a source of ignition, causing a real safety concern.Summary: This device works well as a inductive power mat while “at home,” and works well to charge (non-inductively) two devices at a time via the USB ports in reasonable times without any concern for overheading. However, this device would be more attractive to if it also support a fast charging port (3.0 Amp) which allows not only remote charge, but actively using the device WHILE the device is charging. I recommend NOT using the inductive charger when the Aduro 10,000 mAh device of off House power.j

Charges well via cable. Wireless charging, however requires you to place the phone at an awkward angle to get it to charge.

This is an ok battery for the price but I was disappointed it can not fast charge a Samsung Galaxy like my other batteries. As a result it doesnt really charge during heavy use just provides enough juice to keep the phone from draining too fast. As a result it doesnt last very long since it must stay plugged in.

It provides good battery power and good charging rate for all my Android devices but it refused to work with any iPhones. I tried wireless and tried multiple different cables and it would not work with any iPhones.

I bought 2 of these. Both work as a battery charger. 1 worked wireless for about 5 seconds. The 2nd one never worked as a wireless charger. As a charger they are a nice size. If you want a charger this works. If you demand wireless, forget it.

This is slightly larger than my iPhone Pro. It works great for a wireless charge on the go. But one charge drains it pretty quick. For the size- I expected more charges from something this size.

Great price. Shipping was average. Product just ok. Can not get the magnetic charging to work. I have an iphone 13 mini and an iphone 14 pro max. No luck. Will work with USB so can use otherwise. Disappointed.

The product arrived in a timely fashion. But you can tell by looking at the damaged packaging and the fingerprints on the battery it’s been used and returned. The battery was also completely dead. Not fully charged like most new products that are charged before leaving the factory when sold new.
