I'm not sure about other folks having issues. I've used my power bank a few times now and had no problem using it either wired or wireless. No struggles getting my phone positioned so that it can charge wirelessly, and I get at least 2 full charges out of the bank. I liked mine so much got 3 more for my kids.

The wired and wireless charging work very well. Fairly light for such a level of power. Would buy again

It's a LOT of mAh for the money! It last a very long time for my, multiple phones and an iPad before running out of juice. Would definitely purchase again. It's so high tech I feel like I'm not even using some of the higher end features.

I can fully charge my phone 4 or 5 times with this before I have to recharge the battery. I got 2 one for me and one for my husband.. he loves his too

This is so convenient to charge on the go. There is no need to remember the cords because of the wireless charging-YEAH! It's slim and doesn't take up much space in my travel bag. It's the perfect addition for my travels.

Great product at a very good price. It stores a lot of power and can charge multiple devices. The wireless charging works great with my Samsung Galaxy S7, even with the case on.
