But you need a smartphone or tablet to do so because you have to go to a website to download the information and drivers for setup with your digital device. No setup disk is included with the printer. They also give you a limited supply of ink to start with. This printer also comes with the instant ink support program that the printer sends via an internet connection to monitor your ink supply and paper supplies, for each refill. This printer connects to the internet via a wireless connection. It sets itself up with the connection during the setup process. It is a straightforward matter because the printer does it all by itself during setup. This printer's ink supply and paper supply software also constantly monitors the internet connection. The ink supply that is included with this printer for setup is small and will be replaced by the automatic ink update program with Hewitt Packard. You will not run out of ink while in the ink refill for life program. Also, another part of that program monitors the paper in the printer for refills that are mailed to you with your ink supplies. Of all the different printers I have owned this one is the easiest to set up and use. The print is obvious and professional-looking. The Thermal Inkjetkjet of the print characters can be set up when you print a document. This printer scanning is easy to perform and works great. The print speed on this printer is equal to most other Thermal Inkjet printers on the market. With the ease of setup and operation, this printer would be a great choice for someone new to computer and computer printing equipment.

I can even scan and fax which saves me so much money on faxing. It’s beautiful and efficient and everything I dreamed of. Even came with free ink. I’m 100 percent satisfied. This printer helps with my personal needs for household along with printing coloring sheets for the kids. It’s truly a Moms best friend.

I like how you print the instructions you want from the printer and it makes it so easy to follow step by step and get it connected. I really like having the app on my phone so I can print right from my phone or laptop. The printing was really fast and it is great for printing documents and photos. At the 4th step you have to scan a QR code or go to a website to finish the setup. The printer comes with a color and black starter cartridge. It took a little effort to install the cartridges. I soon figured out that I had to apply a little more pressure to snap the cartridges in place. After the cartridges were installed, the cartridge alignment started by printing an alignment page. There were a few more easy steps to finish the set up. The printer is quiet with a sleek design. It has one tray for paper. There are helpful how-to-videos on the printer's control panel such as how to replace cartridges, load paper, load envelopes, load small paper or photo paper, load originals in the document feeder, load originals on the scanner glass, and clean feeder glass and document feeder. I am very pleased with the operation of the HP Envy 6552e printer. I highly recommend this printer for a home office.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After giving this printer a good try out for copying, scan and copy, scan and save and faxing, I was completely impressed with it. Unboxing the printer was easy. There wasn't much of struggle to lift the contents out. Setting the printer up to my wifi and with my phone was also a breeze. The app walks you through the whole process. Installing the ink cartridges was actually easy but I didn't quite have them clicked in. That's on me for not using a printer in years. Once I figured it out it was game on for the paper. The paper loader holds a good amount of paper. The color and black only print has a few options for quality. There is also an option for how many copies you want too. The paper tray will let you know when your out of paper. The ability to basically just plug it and having it ready to print in just a few mintues is a plus. The color copies have great color saturation and vivid color. The touchscreen is easy to understand and is clear to see. The mobile fax has saved me time and money so I didn't have to run to office supply store. I was able to create a cover sheet and save it for future faxes. There is an option to have ink and paper delivered to you based on how much you print. I'm so happy I got this printer. I can now scan, copy and print off those family recipes and use that instead of the original. I've not tried the photo print of this yet. I need photo paper for that. If the regular color print is any indication on how good it is then I'm sure the photo print will be just as good, if not better. Overall I'm very happy with this printer and it's capabilities to get the task at hand done.

The manual is easy to read, the printer gives you the next steps on the display, so I had no problems. The fact that it has different languages in the configuration is something that I really like, since my natural language is Portuguese, this made me very happy. Easy cartridge insertion, tray to place plenty of sheets, this makes it much easier for me to work and study where I need to make several prints. The print quality was also something that surprised me, very sharp and colorful. Oh, I also loved that I can monitor the status of the cartridge and see if it is full or empty. I definitely recommend it.
