This printer is a nightmare and psycho every day. It’s something new. Do not waste your money purchasing. I’m in a position where I need to print critical documents and hours of troubleshooting do nothing. Let’s hope that target makes good on their purchases.

Always goes into sleep mode and you have to manually on it . Just doesn’t work . Returning it tomorrow. We have tried enough to keep it .

Poor installation and then lengthy fix

I had to return this printer. The power cable did not fit into the printer tightly and kept falling out. I tried and tried to push it in but no luck. Wasn’t this quality checked at all?

Not easy to set up. Error code required contact with HP.

This printer is difficult to set up and use. There is little to no instructions included or on line. The focus is more about signing up for online Ink or paper than setting up or using the printer. The software provided for printing and scanning is not easy to use and is much ado about simple operations. I much preferred the Deskjet 2010 I used for years.

The printer is easy to set up. But after using it twice, it will not connect to the internet. All of our other devices work fine.

Item arrived used and faulty was clearly a return Returned to store for refund. This is not the first time I have received used items when have ordered online. Target needs to review this problem immediately. I love target but do not want to waste time having to return items to store
