I think you can see the problem. This particular basket had a crooked weld and isn't usable. I'm hoping I can get a replacement instead of having to take the whole thing down, repackage it and return it.

I ordered this and picked it up in store. When I unpackaged it, the baskets and rods were bent and warped. Had to return it and I haven’t decided whether or not to try again because, honestly, it seemed so poorly made. Really disappointed.

It doesn’t come together nicely. I was really hopeful that this would be a good Elfa dupe, but it just isn’t. It was crooked and strange…

Worst product ever! I really wanted to like it, but it’s just poorly made. The metal sticks you have to connect are bent and do not line up properly. I returned the original one I bought and even tried a second one - same issue. Do not waste your time or money.

Really wanted this product to work but we could not put the pieces together because they didn’t fit properly. Would be willing to try again if Brightroom fixed this product.

Pieces dont fit together well, almost to the point where it couldn't even be assembled at all. At least one of the shelves is completely crooked and unfunctional. Definitely not worth the price tag.

Piece. Of. Trash. Do not buy this. Holes don’t line up, metal is bent. I decided to still purchase after reading the bad reviews, thinking they were wrong. They were right. This thing sucks. Going right back to the store!

When I read the reviews I thought this could not possibly be as terrible as everyone says. You get what you pay for and this is cheaper than comparable items from the container store. I was by no means expecting high quality. I was so wrong. The pieces that were correct did not even remotely fit together and I had an incorrect center piece so could not even proceed with putting it together if I wanted to. I would give negative stars if I could. A waste of time and money in trying to figure out how to salvage this and to get from and return to the store.
