It functions as intended but the design and quality leave a bit to be desired. The alignment of the channel joints aren’t consistent which give the supporting frame a wobbly appearance during installation (I think this is what most reviewers are referring to about pieces not fitting together). The baskets aren’t level all the way around so it can make the whole unit look askew. The instructions are not well written so I did spend some time trying to make a piece fit flush that didn’t even end up needing to connect at all. Luckily I picked this unit for an over the door install in my laundry room so I won’t see it most of the time. But if it had been in a more prominent area of the house I would have probably returned it because the whole design lacks attention to detail.

Difficult to put together, does not line up quite right, some baskets are a little wonky and was hard to get them to go in to the holes correctly. Once the baskets were filled you can’t really tell. Overall I am pleased, definitely glad I paid sale price!

The pieces were a little wonky but managed to get it together by myself, the baskets were hard to fit in the holes, I just moved them around until I found holes that fit. That seemed to work. It serves the purpose in my bathroom, would I buy it again probably not. The quality control was not there.

I really thought for the price it would have been made a little better. Keeping it because I like the mesh baskets and I couldn’t find any other like it but there are a lot of bent pieces and it’s not very straight when put together.

Some of the baskets come warped and it's not adjustable

I've read plenty of reviews saying this product was flimsy & warped and I do not agree. It feels strong & durable. However, I did not put it together to see if the holes line up right. The bottom 2 baskets are 6" deep and now my bathroom door won't open all the way. I will be returning it and look for something only 3-4" deep.
