The metal bows and it doesn’t sit flush with the door. It clangs around. I bought it yesterday and am returning tomorrow.

This item was way too small for my door & very difficult to assemble.

This was missing the washers, holes didn't line up and a peg was broke. Not sure if I got a returned item? It was dented and flimsy. Definitely not what I am used to from Target. I had to disassemble to return.

This is AWFUL. Flimsy, poorly made, ill-fitting, absolute garbage. Normally, I would suffer through it & just deal with it, but I will not give Target the satisfaction of keeping my money for this item. I’m taking it apart, and not even bothering to try and fit it back in the box nicely. Returning tomorrow! I’ll spend the extra money at the Container Store and get a better quality product. Target, you guys have really taken a dive in quality.

Like others have said, the metal was thin and not straight at all. It also had two of the same end caps so I couldn’t install it on my door like I had planned. Returning it and spending the extra $30 for the container store version.

The metal was flimsy. It was not straight and didn’t fit my standard sized door. The pegs on the baskets wouldn’t fit in the holes. This is going straight back.

Two things wrong when I was putting together that wound up in a return back to the store. 1. Some pieces do not fit together. Holes do not align whatsoever. 2. Some pieces were missing. Do yourself a favor and order the container version instead.

I wish I could give this zero stars. Not worth $10 in my opinion. Built poorly and once assembled it was flimsy and wouldn’t lay flat.
