very disappointed. Pieces did not line up well. Didn't lay flat on door. Had to return.

Won’t lay flat. Doesn’t fit standard door. If I could give negative stars, I would. Wish I had read the reviews before I purchased because now I have to take it apart and return it.

The poles and baskets were not straight then some of the baskets wouldn’t go into the holes properly

Really wish I had read the reviews on this one. It’s complete junk, just as others said. I bought this hoping to get a cheaper version of the Container Store ones I already have in my home, but you get what you pay for with this. Wish I had just spent a little more money and got another one from the Container Store. This one doesn’t stay straight and the baskets fall off every time I close the door, sending all my belongings tumbling down. Poor quality all around.

Got home and tried to put it togetehr and all it came with was the storage racks 😂no instructions not tools no pole nothing

if I could give this zero stars I would, nothing about it is good. if I were you I would just spend a little extra on the container store one because I am in love with it.

It didn’t fit my door, so we had to drill a hole in it. The baskets continue to fall off and they tilt out. They aren’t secure. Taking all the things in them down with them when they fall. I want to return it, but it’s screwed to my daughters door now. I was hoping this was a dupe to the container store one but it is not.

Screw holes don’t line up, can’t even use it. Have to haul it back to target, so annoyed

Very disappointed I decided to go with this one because I seen other people use it and it looks great, it was more expensive then other options online but I really liked the look of it. I just got done putting it together and every single peices of this thing was bent I thought it was just me at first but then I went to hang the baskets and even those are bent the bottom door hook is completely wrong even if I have the exact size door it wouldn’t work because the wool sits at an angle very disappointing
