It's a pretty mouse, but the Ambidextrous design was an issue for me and I returned it. I kept unintentionally clicking the right side buttons. I don't use Synapse and there was no way to disable the buttons in my game. I just kept clicking the wrong thing over and over. Even if I could disable the right side buttons, I would have returned it because I didn't like of feel/sound of hitting them.
