The product was exactly what I expected for what I paid. After doing extensive research on this product and other similar products I chose this one mainly for the quality of the cushions. Mind you these are NOT top of the line but simply better than what other brands had. Otherwise I felt like the wicker part was identical to at least 2 other brands. $2,700 wicker sets from big box stores are no different in quality of wicker or construction to my visual testing. I ordered Scotchgard, Patio Watcher cover, Velcro and the Art To Real clamps knowing that these are issues that need to be addressed. Water proofing, protection from the elements, and chairs and cushions that move. With the right expectation you can have a great deck set that should last you at least a couple years. There was one defect that I found. (pictured) I am not reducing the number of stars given because I've not given the seller a chance to do anything about it. It was not significant and therefore I decided to let it alone. Happy for extended outdoor space and seating. Looking forward to many evenings making use of this furniture.

This is a great product for the price. We ordered in dark brown wicker and tan cushions. The unit arrived in three large boxes. To assemble and move you will need two people. The cushions need time to puff up after unwrapping, but are comfortable to sit on. Once we figured out the best way to screw in the bolts, assembly went faster. There are a number of ways to arrange the seats and we love the option of choices. We like the clips that attach the chairs to one another. The glass top for the table is a nice touch. We are also happy to see it arrived with a cover for weather protection. We are very happy with the product and know it’ll be used well and enjoyed.

I had to leave a review because all the negative reviews made me second guess myself while I waited for it to arrive. We put together yesterday and husband said it wasn’t difficult at all. It’s comfortable for patio furniture. It looks really pretty! The pillows are “slick” because they are water resistant so they do slide a little but not a crazy amount..yet. I love it and would recommend

I don't normally write reviews, BUT I feel like I needed to b/c I almost didn't buy this after reading the bad reviews. Well, we LOVE this set, SO happy that I didn't listen to the bad reviews!? It looks perfect on our outdoor, screened patio...the aqua color is awesome and goes well with our coastal theme! Someone mentioned that they didn't like it b/c it was "fake" wicker - well, I am SO happy that it not the "real" wooden wicker, which to me is extremely uncomfortable and pokes you!? This is a plastic "wicker," which seems SO much better for outdoor use and is a lot more comfortable & looks a lot more modern than the wooden wicker. There are some cons/issues...it was somewhat difficult to put together. Also, the cushions don't stay in place well, BUT we fixed the issue by putting the anti-slip padding for rugs underneath the seat cushions. Still working on how to keep back cushions in place, But really do love this furniture set!

I read a bunch of reviews before I purchased, here’s how I would address all of them based on my experience. Full disclosure I just got it today so I can’t speak to durability yet. I received all 3 boxes together. No issues with that at all. All the pieces were there with easy to follow list of items. The assembly was very easy, my husband and I put it together in about an hour and a half. It feels very sturdy. Inside of the cushions are a pillow filled with batting, the seat cushions are a foam pad, also enclosed in a separate case. They are not super firm, but not at all uncomfortable. Assembly is just bolts,washers,screws. I would recommend an impact drill to tighten. I would also recommend getting washers that have a slightly larger outer diameter, we didn’t but it is a little easy for the washer to pull through if you are not being careful. The cushions are a somewhat slick polyester but also not really a problem in the seats cushions and the other cushions are fine if you don’t mind setting a cushion upright now and then. I really like this set, the colors are true to the image and for the price it’s a very good buy.

Awesome patio set for the price. The cushions are thick enough and very comfortable. I was concerned that the back may be too low but so far this has not been and issue for me or my husband (6’0”). It took awhile to put together and if you have your own Allen wrench it will go faster.....but I expected this given the other reviews. The ONLY negative thing I can say is that the product is shipped in 3 different boxes and they all have 1 tracking number. 1 box was shipped and the other two were not and I felt like I was hanging in limbo. When I tried to look when they would be delivered it said they were because 1 box was. This made me nervous in the event something happened to the other 2 boxes. They did end up being delivered 2 business days later. All is good, but if there would have been a problem it would have been a BIG problem.

After shopping at all the local places for an outdoor sofa and finding nothing we liked (or cared to pay the ridiculous prices for), we took the chance on this one. I have to say that putting it all together took a little time but the packaging was first class and very well thought out. It came in 2 big boxes and every part was fit perfectly to maximize space usage and ensure security of contents. Another big plus was the additional hardware. They actually put spares in for the various assemblies so if you dropped a bolt or nut that went totally missing, no worries, you have extra!! Kudos to Best Choice Products for that! To help with assembly, make sure you have a socket wrench or you might as well double the amount of time it will take. I also ordered the clips to keep the pieces from sliding apart, they arrive today. We plan on adding the velcro, as others have noted, to keep the cushions in place. All in all, this sofa is very comfortable, heavy duty, and just looks awesome. It fits our area perfectly, offering a comfy space to overlook the pool and yard. We love it!

Updated 10/29/20: Now that the set has been covered through several all day rain storms, I wanted to edit my review. The cover that came with the set soaked through so that the underside of the cover was wet and DID NOT protect the cushions. We have since put a sheet of plastic over the set and then put the cover over that. Original review: This set is great! We love the grey and navy blue. The pillows and the fire table in pic did not come with it. The table in second pic does come with set. Table top is sturdy glass. Cushions are a little thicker (see pic) than another set (different brand) we also have. They do tend to fly off when you get up, but we will try Velcro. The cover is very sturdy and works well to keep rain out, but set has to be put in U shape to fit. Non issue, just a call out. My husband assembled set in a couple hours using his own tools. Overall, we are very happy with our purchase. The one issue we had is that although there was initially only one tracking number provided, it came in 3 shipments on 3 different days. However, after receiving the first box, I emailed Best Choice customer service and received a very prompt reply and was given the other two tracking numbers. I feel they should provide complete info upfront, but was happy with their fast response.

We needed outdoor furniture that had flexible arrangement and waterproof to fit our deck. Our 20 year old son assembled this in less than 2 hours and it was good to go. We didn’t use the brackets to hold it in place and it’s stayed in well, even in high winds. The fabric is a bit slippery, which doesn’t cause an issue when sitting, but the pillows will slip off the back onto the seat cushions. The cover works great when you know a big storm is coming. We wedged ours against the deck rail to keep it from flying off, but I’m not sure how secure it would be on its own in windy weather. Overall, we are very happy with the look and function of this piece for the price.

I couldn’t be happier with this set. It was delivered much earlier than scheduled which I was happy about. Assembling was very easy and the color is beautiful and bright. I swapped the small pillows out and used them on a different set I have and they were nice as well. I love this set.
