Product was probably fine but I have a heart condition and could use. Going to return.

Ended up having to return it because it wouldn’t take a charge.

One side of the unit stopped working after a couple of weeks. After 6 months, the other side stopped working as well which made the unit unusable. This device is only covered by a 30 day guarantee... Buyer beware, I am stuck with dozens of pads I cannot use.

I Just got this Yesterday an it stop work the next day SMH this doesn't make any sense I'm Returning it immediately

The unit broke after one week of use. The port to charge it disappeared inside the unit. Totally unusable. Very disappointed.

I have chronic pain and ordered this, it helps a ton with the pain but after a short time it shocked me and shorted out. The gel on the pads also come off easily, and can cause blisters. I read the instructions very carefully and didn't do anything wrong. I asked for a replacement and the replacement unit did the exact same thing. Didn't use either for a while and now I tried again and they don't even work anymore. BEWARE!

I don't understand all of the positive reviews for this product. Yes, the unit makes your muscle flex involuntarily like all TENS units do, but it doesn't provide any relief after use. If you have been to a good chiropractor that uses a TENS unit for therapy, after the TENS session, your muscles are very noticeably relaxed. The muscles have a much better range of motion and they feel loose. After using this unit, my muscles actually just felt tighter or just felt the same. I tried the unit on my quadriceps (above the knee), trapezius and rhomboid muscles (upper back), pectoralis major/minor (chest), and deltoids (shoulders). I applied both pads within close proximity to the muscle body as the instructions indicated and did feel the expected stimulation, so this review is not stemming from misuse of the product.

Nice looking product. But, it doesn't have the power to do hardly anything, particularly working on hamstring, knee, and similar joint area pain. I'd never buy this again. I threw it away in one week. It's a horrible tens unit. They should have concentrated on creating a unit that generates more power for tensing unit purposes than making a pretty screen in my opinion.
