It’s ok But NOT like I remembered from 30 years ago. It was made better? Maybe different. I finally got use to it and it makes my arms feel pumped after use, not really a massage, just a good light workout. And better than the other company, ab-Something or other?!? Thanks

Love this unit! However it did come with the wrong USB cord for charging. Luckily I had another one that fit. I had a torn rotator cuff about six months ago and needed to strengthen the muscle. This did the trick. Love the variety of massages and different settings. Definitely worth the money.
