I’ve had my bike for almost a week now and have put almost 30 miles so far.I’m a big guy and this bike hauls me around at 20+ mph! On a recent ride I had an average speed of 19mph!I’ve noticed the battery life is not as advertised, just riding 4 miles on pedal assist will cause a 2 bar reduction is battery charge. I’d estimate the pedal assist at 20-30 miles. I plan on fully testing the range this weekend to see if I can get more than 30 miles on pedal assist.I had was clunking sound while going over bumps, I removed battery and noticed wear marks on sides and bottom of battery. I added some electrical tape around parts of battery and sound went away.Brakes stop well but are very noisy.Overall I will give this bike 5 stars so far, might tweak the rating if the battery tests give me less than 20 miles…. This is a good beginning to mid end e-bike, I think it is awesome! I got some of my freedom back , I use it for work , I’m a field mechanic, if you can handle city riding? I would recommend it , just stay off of busy streets, top speed about 20, I do between 10-15 , I can put it under in commuter bus , even some buildings, I wish I did this years ago , not in good health and 24+ years has taken its toll on me , I’m 5”8 and love this . Just protect what is yours, I had to put lites and rear rack on it , when I have time I will post pictures and or video soon. I love this so much I will get another for riding locally, with more power to climb hills , but this is great easy and minimal assm. Charge’s in a reasonable time , hard to say how long , to many variables, but all batt. By my house about three hours and I’m 220lb at work because I’m between jobs in NYC mid town , east to west about 3days of batt then I too it off just in case , hard for me to peddle alone , I’m out of shape but I’m getting better, fat tire more resistance, but more fun in my opinion, I’m getting daring now 😂😂💜 I’m looking from a response from dealer I sent my information via , contact seller, I have questions about customize settings, if you can help with that. ?

Really a very good bike however it has no shocks or head lights ,tail lights or horn.it charges very quick and even though it's a fat tire bike it can use a mountain bike rear rack so you can add a basket or planer bags also needs mirrors .come almost completely together install foot peddles and front wheel along with seat and goose neck for it.i would recomend this for anyone I am handicapped and have no problems with it .Buy it and enjoy

This is my first experience with a e-bike I read a lot of good reviews and bad on this product but let me tell you when received my Evan track I thought it was going to be difficult to Assemble I was wrong it was easy it took me less than a half hour and I had it up and ready to go but it was late and I decided to try out the next following day I wrote it around neighborhood 2 hours it ran excellent I fall in love with it the next day took it to work and back with no problems however i I noticed that it was a little difficult to pedal so I took a close look at it and notice that the disc in the front was slightly bent I email customers service within the hour they got back with me and inform me they were going to send me a new discs and take to my nearest bike shop and they would take care of the bill that's a big plus for me but other than that no problems this is my first week with the ebike I will follow up with you guys back in a few weeks to finish my review so if you're playing to purchase one I highly recommend it for the price the quality you cannot beat this

I have had this bike for almost 2 months, it has been a great purchase, really fun to use and with the motor kicking in while you’re peddling it’s super easy to travel long distances, I ran almost 30mi with the first charge. Now when it was a day before my purchase when the Rear Derailleur broke, and the rear wheel stopped turning. Safe to say I was supper upset, this bike was not cheap so I was pretty disappointed. I contacted customer service and they replied immediately, they sent me an Amazon link with the part I needed to purchase and returned the money for the order. All in all I think no bike will be perfect, but as long as I feel the support from customer service that’s worth the money.

I had a little problem with my new Bike contacted the company. They responded very quickly and shipped all the parts to me with only in a couple of days after sending photographs and correspondence the bike is fantastic. I really enjoy it and the company. I don’t know if you can find a better one to deal with.

The bike arrived a day early a few days ago (after several mixed delivery messages from Fed-Ex. Someone has to be home so that was a bit of a pain).Very easy and quick right out of the box. Not a single issue. It just takes a minor bit of assembly and they provide all the tools needed.I charged up the battery and took it easy riding in my yard while learning the controls and how the throttle handles, but overall if you have a good sense of riding a regular bike the transition is smooth.These bikes seem to be everything I had hoped for. I do photography on trails of horses and plan to use it in the woods. As soon as I was comfortable on it, off I rode down our steep gravel driveway. Brakes are good, and the three pedal assist modes are perfect. It does have it's limits on steep uphill terrain just like I read in the description. The last part of our driveway is pretty steep and in mode 3 pedal assist and 1st gear, one would have to be very strong to help it up the hill.However, we took it to our local rail trail the first two days of owning it, and I got it up to 21mph in pedal assist #3 and 7th gear. I weigh 175. I even rode it to our church bible study on day three and loved every minute of it on pavement doing as much as 22 mph on the downhills (I have about 26 total miles on it now).Battery power so far is great too. Have not ridden it below 7/8ths full bars, and seriously that was after several miles on our rail trail, a mile or two around the yard and 7 miles to and from church.The only thing I've found I did not like is the seat, and even though it might suit you, it is too narrow and hard on my bum. We already had wide saddles for our regular bikes so switched it out.Just...buy...it, you will fall in love with bike riding again!

We originally ordered 2 of the more expensive, high-end e-bikes through another company that worked out great. Our adult daughters wanted their own, so we ordered three of these more affordable option at a third of the cost. We were very impressed on how much lighter, easier, and more comfortable they are. The 500W engine is a lot of fun and easily does 20 mph and its easy to fold down and fit into the trunk of a car.I love the little LED screen and is easily visible in the day or night. The only complaint I have is that they don't come with a head or rear light. I solved that by ordering a set on Amazon for like $15 a set.Shipping was super fast. After we ordered the bikes, we got them in 7 days.Great e-bike! Great price! Worth it!
