Okay bike

Bike arrived with the front tire and back tire missing air and the brakes were not tight enough. Pedal assist on 1 is not that great it feels loose the pedals a bit. The throttle goes 20 mph on all settings minus or positive. Wish the bike came with headlights had to purchase separate and the bell. And had to buy the air pump. Overall for the price it’s not bad. But a bummer having to keep getting the bike maintained

NICE Bike - Disk breaks not right - not working properly.

Purchased 2 of these bikes. Both went together easily... Until the second one's front tire installation. The disk break is not aligned properly. Three hours later, still can't get the disk break to align without scrapping on disk pads and washer. Looks like forks are not straight. VERY FRUSTRATING!!!! Not sure what to do at this point.

GREAT BIKE BUT DISPLAY ISN'T WORKING - AVANTREK Cybertrack 200

Well, I read the reviews and they were not bad, but there were several comments about the display not working properly. I took a chance as the price was decent. When I finished putting the bike together (easy) and I was excited to take it for a spin. However, the display MPH does not work. So not sure the odometer and all the other stuff will work either. Also, I am not sure why they have 5 power settings... all the power settings are the same! You can go full speed (20mph) on power level 1 and you can go full speed on power 5... I just didn't see a difference. Oh, and the only reason I know exactly how fast I was going is because I have a electronic speed sign on our road right out the front of my house.

Great bike, quick customer service for issues!

Bought this for my son who has been wanting an ebike for a while. He rode it 20 out of the 29 days we've had it but he went to go on a ride with friends today and the LCD wouldn't power on, and he can't get it to work. We've checked that the battery is fully charged, checked connectors and have been keeping the battery inside when not in use. Nothing seems to work. Emailed seller and hoping for a quick response. Will update once I get one with how it went. If they fix the issue then I'll be thrilled given that this bike cost nearly $700. **Update - contacted seller who responded quickly with troubleshooting options and then replaced the display control unit and the bike is back to working great!

Good price, But be aware…

Good price for quality. Had some minor issues. Customer service is terrible, specifically Tina. Additional and spare parts are impossible to come by.

Great design, Average parts, Poor shipping and craftsmanship

I bought two those bikes simply because it has 48v motor like Lectric XPs and they are available and priced right. They came in 70% assembled. The shipping packages are both damaged with holes and tears. My First bike which is a silver model, was pretty easy to put together till I flipped it over and put the front wheel on. The wheel was not spinning freely since the brake rotor is intermittently rubbing the brake pads. From careful examination, I found the rotor was bent in two places, which could be damaged from shipping. But without a truing tool, I just can't get it right. I tried to adjust the brake pads to avoid the rubbing but only made the braking too weak to stop the turning wheel. The rotor rubbing was obvious for the rear wheel as well. However since the rubbing was continuously I knew a brake pad adjustment would be enough to fix it. I thought I was just not lucky with the first bike till I got to the second, which is a black one. The problem now was the front fork which hold the front wheel. It was bent. With brake assembly already installed on the fork, I can't successfully install the wheel with the rotor between the brake pads. After loosen the screws for the brake assembly, I could barely squeeze the wheel into the fork and lock it but again, the wheel rotor is now constantly rubbing the brake pads which prevents it from a free spin. This is beyond my ability to do the further adjustments. I will call my friend or local bike shop for help...since I don't have the option to return bikes because I have already disposed the package.Bottomline, if you are familiar and good at bikes then this would be a good deal. Otherwise, you might just get yourself a big headache unless you really don't care since you will only use it once a while.

Don’t Buy (updated)

Good motor, good battery, thats all. The chain wont stay on and I don't even shift gears. The brakes dont work well and are squeaky out of the box. There is no suspension, I feel every bump. The throttle works most of the time but not always. The back tire has gone flat and I’ve owned it for a week. I ride on sidewalks. Don’t expect your local bike shop to carry tire tubes in this size. End of the day, they cut a lot of corners on this bike and I wish I never bought it. Even for the low price.EDIT: Ive had it for a few months now and Ive spent as much as it cost to keep it functional. I’m actually shocked that the scumbag manufacturer feels ok about charging money for this piece of trash. DO NOT BUYEDIT 2: After communicating the issues with the seller, they are sending me replacement hardware (front and back brakes, new chain) and have refunded $100, which is reasonable enough for me. I still recommend just paying a few hundred more dollars for a nicer bike to avoid all this, but solid customer service on their part.
