My battery won't charge. We haven't even had this that long. It's not right to have to buy a $300 battery every couple of months. I don't understand

Absolutely no customer care. Bike did not start up. Attempted to contact seller no call back no follow up. I had to stop payment on my credit card.

the chain bound up and bent the rear gear de railer ...... after 30 miles.......I had to carry the bike back ....... damaged after 2 days and they refused to replace or fix

Bike was delivered defective, and because of battery type couldn’t return.. due to medical issues I was bed ridden for a month, after being SHOCKED! my care taker tried to send pic of the bent battery connectors, and I’ve just never heard back.

The new bike is defective and can’t be turned on after fully charging. Not sure the customer service will refund me. Don’t buy it, which is so annoying!

Assembled the bike following all the instructions, charged up the battery and then it wouldn't turn on. I contacted the seller and they sent me a new display and the bike is still not turning on after installing the display. Overall I am very disappointed.

The bike is pretty decent.. however the speedometer on mine started losing numbers on the liquid crystal display after about a month I contacted the company they responded saying theyd send me a new part- then nothing-after a month I contacted them again they said to contact them on their company website. after contacting on the website-nothing-worst customer service ever. I suggest not and I wouldn’t buy this from them again seeing as if its faulty you're screwed
