So the EBike they are selling, the battery runs out faster than advertised, max speed is not as advertised (20kmp Max), the odotimer stopped working after 4 days. (After riding it for 1 mile it shows as the battery is dead.) So far it is sturdy but it has a lot of manufacture problems.You should buy Ebikes from another seller since this one doesn't accept returns with their defective Ebikes.

This bike is absolutely junk!

Everything rattles, brakes barely work, and they are so squeaky it’s embarrassing to even ride. Also only goes about 21 mph not the advertised 28 mph

This product started to jolts after riding it for less then 140 miles. If you try contacting the manufacturers they want pictures and video of the problem which will be ok if the bike didn't jolts while riding it. I'm not going to put my self or endanger others just to see if the manufacturers helps me with a defective product. My loss until my asurion insurance kicks in next march. Beware.

My husband got his put together took it out for a test ride went to shift it and the deraler broke tried getting ahold of the company and the won't answer don't waist your money they are junk

Seller is not contacting me back about my warranty nothing but issues with this bike. Poor customer service

The bike is very heavy, and big. The battery run out quickly and more important thing is this seller does not accept free return. The package is over 71lbs, I can not afford the return fee, now I am stuck with this bike and barely use.

I hope they go out of business. They stopped responding to my emails when I requested my money back because their product sucked. It broke the same day I took it out for a ride. I sent an email to the company, and I said it's been very frustrating not being able to get someone to help me. But they didn't care. So please stay away from this cheap product.

brakes did not work properly and now everything is not working very bad item to buy I definitely don't recommend it.

Brakes failed after about a dozen rides. My 14 year old son was going around a corner at our local park and the brakes did not engage causing him to fall and brake his arm. I do not recommend this ebike to anyone.
