Item didn’t work out of the box

Took it out. plugged it up til all lights came on. Unplugged it & press on button & the nothg but a flash of light SomeTimes. This is my daughter's only Santa gift....I'm hoping we can get this worked out ASAP. FROM THE REVIEWS, IM HOPEFUL.

Missing parts. Damaged

The media could not be loaded. Don’t buy it . It sucks . Not 12v because it goes extremely slow . My 6v atv is faster. With all the amazing reviews I decided to get it but honestly worst thing ever! I had gotten two a blue and pink one the blue came without a remote and charger and I returned it . Now that I’m reviewing this bumper I see that the remote is the wrong one too!

The remote or the controls on the car does not work all the time. This device powers on by itself hours after we turned it off. The remote is constantly flashing a red light and does not allow us to use it. I would not buy this from this vendor.

Cars are very slow and I bought three and all had issues from the start. DO NOT let these positive reviews fool you. The cars go slow at different speeds even when on high and kids get bored easily.

The media could not be loaded. When i first got it, it was really good. It was fast too. I bought it for Christmas for my 13 month old. He’s only 22 pounds so i doubt his body was too heavy for it. I think the motor is going bad. As you can see in the video it turns off almost instantly when i power it up. It’s fully charged as well. I can’t even exchange for a new one, their policy is only for 30 days.
