Maybe trying to clear out old stock first. model 3.0 is magnetic among other things so easy to tell the difference. will wait awhile and try again

When it works it is amazing but I could only get it to work maybe 25% of the time. Most of the time I had to push so hard that I crushed the canonce I finally got it open. If they could improve the product I would buy it again but right now it’s not easy to use and inconsistent. You also have to teach and explain to everyone how to use it then it didn’t work for them either.

Worked to cut aluminum can top but was difficult to open the “jaws” of the cutter to fit over the top of the can. Once in place it was tricky to keep the opener in position and apply enough force to cut the aluminum while turning the can without crushing it. Also need to be aware that as you squeeze the can while rotating you end up with your beverage oozing out through the fresh cut into the opener. Made a bit of a mess.

Feels a bit cheap as it's completely made of plastic except the cutting wheels. Also requires some real practice to get consistent results, and even then it's pretty likely to get beer all over in the process. The end result of having a can with the top cut off is great, but the cheap construction makes it seem a bit too much like a cheap novelty product instead of something badass and refined like it could've been.

The product itself works. Takes a few turns to fully get the top cut, but it always seems to have like one sliver that didn't get cut so it doesn't fully remove it unless you fold the top down into the drink or pull it up to remove it fully.

Just opened and used once so far. Product works fine. No issues with spilling while opening. Does require a little finesse but super easy to use. Really don’t like the top of the can falling into my drink and not being able to retrieve it though. Some sort of design tweaking to be able to grab the top off would be nice.

I end up rotating the can fully 2-3 times to finally get the top off, but once it is off it is a cool unique experience

I really like this product, but it really only works 10% of the time. Whenever you open a can it immediately loses its structural integrity when the can depressurizes, causing you to crush your can in order to open the top. The instructions recommend that you hold the can of the top or bottom, which helps, but still usually leaves me just getting a glass at that point instead. Blades that open can get dull quickly, so I recommend drying the product immediately after use to avoid wear&tear. I wish this product works better

Not the easiest thing to use. Hard to tell when it’s actually cutting the can at times, or when to stop cutting so the top doesn’t fall into the drink. Also, the push-in-to-open system for readying the device (the little tab you press to pop out the handle) doesn’t work very well. It gets stuck kinda often to where you have to pull out the handle with your fingernail. But, I love what it does. Tried it on a few different cans now and not once have I had a sharp edge on the can. The drinking experience is pretty superior to drinking through the pull tab opening which creates bubbles. I just wish it fit more cans. A pretty solid product though.

The product is a pretty neat concept, but it does not work very well. I have tried to use it with dozens of cans now and it really is hit or miss as to when it will work as intended. I have never had jagged edges or metal shavings in my drink. If you do not rinse it after every use the handle will bind up, so it's not useful to take this out to tailgates or places you can't clean it between uses. All in all, it is a neat gift or a cool party trick, but not something useful day to day.
