Easy to use once you know how

I had to watch a few videos to figure out how to use it right.First grab it very tight on the bottom.Clamp it on tight on the top, grip hard.Spin it just over a quarter turn and it should break it open all around.Yes, the lid falls in(where is it supposed to go? Aluminum isn’t magnetic)And yes, sometimes it’s a little messy.Takes practice to get it right lol

Genius

I wanted to make candles out of soda cans and I could not believe that there was an item that can open the inside without creating sharp edges and has a clean look. The one downside is that it doesn’t fit an Arizona Ice Tea but it fits smaller cans like Celsius and normal ones like a Coca Cola can. I hope there is a 2.0 version where it can be bigger for that reason, but honesty this is phenomenal. Worth the investment

Broke after 5 months

I do like the product and got to the point to where I could make it work about 90% of the time. It depends on the can as all cans are not made the same. It does take practice to master. My issue was it broke after 5 months and they only warranty it for 30 days which is kind of a joke not to stand behind your product.

Pretty Cool tool

I like using this product alot. Good with crowds and conversation starters. I just don't like when tge drink gets the tool and then it gets sticky if you leave soda, beer, etc on it. I guess you have to rinse after everytime to keep it from getting sticky.

Had to break self in using it more but worth it at end

Kid got this for me thought was junk. Started using more to avoid dishes and notice using more over time. Was easy at camping out. Not sharp as thought. Good help environment. So would recommend people

Works almost as advertised

So it works but I wish the whole grey part was metal and black part was a nice wood to make it feel more sturdy and look nicer. It feels a little flimsy but been using it now for several weeks with no issues. Found that it works best when you relieve the pressure from can just till you hear it hiss no further. Then put the draft top on clench it down firmly then grab and hold from the very bottom of the can and do several quarter to half turns back and fourth till you hear it crack and then do a couple more back fourths and it’ll be open perfect. Fish the top out and like u got a nice cold glass of beer.

You don't neeeed it

It's fun to have but you do have to rinse it after you use it bc It does make a little bit of a mess I wouldn't bring it to school again but it makes you feel cool the top falling into the can can be an issue for the germ freaks and p*ssys out there but I like it

Great gadget but a bit difficult to use. However, there are tricks!

Cool product but difficult to use. The first time you use it you will likely have beer or pop everywhere. Some tips are:1) Use with a Yetti Rambler. The Yetti Rambler has a screw on top that holds the beer securely in the cooler. It also applies equal pressure to the can which prevents crushing the can while attempting to remove the beer can lid. It works perfectly every time if you also follow step #2. If you don't have a Yetti Rambler do as the instructions suggest, hold can near the bottom where it's not so likely to crush the can. Good luck, I wasn't able to perfect that technique.2.) Before attempting to remove the lid, open the beer or pop can and take a sip or two. This removes the pressure from inside the can and is less likely to splatter.I think it's a great litte gadget once you perfect the removal process. It definitely gives beer more of that draft taste. You can also use it for a novel way of serving mixed drinks straight out of the pop cans. Just add your favorite liquor and a few ice cubes.

Gimmicky but fun

So this product is a gimmick, so if you were thinking this is a fix to a legit problem, you may be in the wrong place. But if you were looking for something fun to show your friends and have a bit of a laugh at but then impress with some originality, this is the go to.I personally made a rum and coke with this, and the look on peoples faces is always funny and they always have a smile and a chuckle at you bringing out a can of coke, just to show them its now a cup with their drink inside. I'm sure you can also wash out and reuse a can once or twice with something different as well, like a daiquiri or margarita. You could probably make a cool michellada margarita in a can of corona. Or spice up those bland terrible white claws with some fruits and slushed up ice or syrups.Fun, gives people a laugh and a smile, and its quite inventive. It can take a sec to get the technique down on opening a can fast but I think its worth it for a smile. Not something that i'd use 100% of the time though.

Practice On Empty Cans First

I didn't care for this thing at first but after practicing on some empty cans and figuring out a technique that works for me I really like it. It improves the experience of drinking from a can more than I expected it to, and most of the beers I drink are from small local breweries that use cans because its trendy (and cheap) right now so I use it all the time. The trick is to use fairly light pressure and make multiple turns, and keep turning until you stop hearing the popping noises to get a clean cut all the way around. I like to set the can down on a table for the entire process as its easier to keep the cutter perfectly flat that way and avoid spills. The main downside is that the cut off top drops down into the can. Sometimes it floats on top of the beer and sometimes it drops down, gets covered in bubbles, and floats back up.
