Doesn’t work well at all, especially on the smaller diameter cans. Fun for about ten minutes, now it’s just hanging on the fridge door (it’s got a magnet.) The force with which you have to hold the can crushed the can every time. Gimmick.

The product is OK but hard to use

If you drink regular sized soda & beer cans,it's okay. Unfortunately for me, I love drinking Japanese beers and their cans are far more bigger and better made. I thought this gadget will be more flexible and adaptable to many can sizes, but it's not.

I'm writing this review franky way early for an actual review, we'll call it a first impression. Comparing this to the way a standard can opener works (for non beer/soda cans etc.) reveals some of it's flaw. It does not provide tension to the can, so you're essentially sawing through hoping the blades are sharp enough. The instructions even state to let the pressure out, which makes sense to minimize mess, but also changes the can from a solid grip to something more precarious that will deform if not careful. Holding the can at the bottom seems to help a little, but you have to be careful not to tilt as well. I tested this on an empty can first just to see how it cuts and with the empty can I couldn't even get a cut in after several minutes of putting tension on the blades and rotating. to be fair that may have been my user error even, I'm still not sure, but if it takes more than 5 seconds to open the can it is already time wasted in my opinion. It is genuinely difficult to use and does not feel very well made, it seems like it will last, but I don't know if I will use this again at all. I'm tempted to get a competitor and compare. TLDR; opener takes far more effort to open a can that one would hope and does not feel very well made.
