I upgraded from my Ninja air fryer to this unit because I wanted an indoor grill but space is at a premium in my tiny kitchen. The Foodi does everything the air fryer does, and some things the Instant Pot does, plus grills. I made the grilled steak and asparagus recipe in the accompanying booklet and they were perfection. I grilled some salmon last night and it was great, as well. The Foodi isn’t much bigger than the air fryer but holds a lot more food. I used canola oil, as instructed, and the unit didn’t smoke at all. It’s easy to clean (dishwasher safe) and easy to use. I haven’t tried all the features yet, but based on the grilling part I totally recommend the Ninja Foodi.

Only used twice so far, but results were great. Grilled three good sized chops and they were perfectly done and delicious. Also did a batch of steak fries with great results. It comes with a handy guide and a recipe booklet, very helpful to get started. Cleanup has been easy and quick. I just might buy another one to use for grilling and have the other for air crisping at the same time. Recommend

This product is nothing short of amazing! I recently moved into a unit where I cannot have an outdoor grill and was so bummed because I love the health and taste of grilled food. Then I found this! It is SO easy and taste exactly like the real deal and it is SO easy to clean up. When I move to a place I can have a real grill I probably will not use one…Ninja has done it again!

Just Get It!! After being inundated with smoke from cooking burgers inside for the hundredth time, I jumped at the chance to try this. Combined with the fact that the kids have all left the nest, the practicality off it just made sense. Let me tell you, I don’t think there has been a week that has gone by where I don’t use it at least 3 times. I absolutely love it. The hardest part is trying to figure out how to cook certain items that aren’t listed and then how to adjust the times and temps for other things. It is completely true that you can cook anything from it’s frozen state without losing flavor or juiciness. In fact after figuring out how to fit it in, I Cooked a whole frozen roaster in it with amazing results. You do need to check it and flip it a few times as you go. But Remember, remove the giblet bag! I just baked a fresh store bought Stromboli to perfection. I cannot be more thrilled with this. It has saved time, money, and has made it so much fun to cook. What’s more, absolutely No Smoke. Cleaning is really a breeze. Yeah the Crevices on the grill are a bit of a pain, but soak it in hot soapy water and it almost slides off. My only wish was that it was clearer what to use roast and bake for as I really don’t see what the difference is. I mean all 5 settings do the same thing right? Just at different temps which you can control anyway so that’s a tad confusing. But otherwise this indoor grill has got to be the single best purchase I have made for the kitchen. Hands down. UPDATE 2/17/20 6 months owned What can I say, after 6 months this is still the best kitchen purchase I have made. I only wish I had the means, because I would not hesitate to give each member of my family this as a Christmas/birthday gift. While I still struggle at times to figure out times, temps and cooking programs on certain items, I rarely overcook anything. I also find the timing of cooking multiple items a fun little challenge, but I believe I have figured many of them out. I am constantly looking for dinner items to cook in the grill. And what's even better is that even though I use this 4 - 5 times a week, I still have no issue whatsoever keeping the grill plate clean, which has to be my favorite feature.

It does its job very well, due to its construction all the fats and grease stay inside without messing all the stove. That’s what I like most of all. On the flip side it is very easy to clean: I let it in soap water overnight, the next morning I have only to rinse it without any scratching. The food is also delicious! My men said.

I bought this for my partner for Xmas 2020 and he has loved using it for these two years. I've been sick and unable to use it until today. WOW!!!!! I had two HUGE skinless, boneless chicken breasts in the freezer (over a year in the freezer!) and let them defrost, set the timer for 23 minutes, rubbed them with OO, seasoned them, and put them in the basket to cook on the Air Crisp setting. In 23 minutes, they were perfect and AMAZING!! I still can't believe how easy it was and how good it turned out with minimal effort. I'll be using this regularly in the future now along with my partner who uses it regularly. Yum! Yum! Yum! A happy customer!!

Okay, I'm primarily, almost exclusively, a griller. I've bought a couple of appliances (Cuisinart and others) that claimed to do the job smokelessly. They didn't do the job, much less smokelessly. I finally got around to the Ninja - I guess the name threw me off; sounds like a toy. Admittedly, I've only had it three days, so I can't speak to longevity, but... The first night I took some ribeyes out of the freezer that had languished there for six months or so. Read the instructions. Set it, pushed the button, and a little while later sat down to a steak that looked like it had come off of my charcoal grill, and tasted pretty close, too. Tonight I marinated and grilled some inch+ thick boneless pork chops. Set the kind of meat, set the doneness, put in the temperature probe, and pushed the button for preheat. A few minutes later it told me to put the food in. I did. A few minutes later it told me to flip them over, which I did. A few minutes later it told me to take the food out, which I did. It then counted off five minutes while I let the chops rest. When I dug into them they were perfectly cooked, very juicy, very tasty. In fact, they were the best pork chops I've ever eaten. My bottom line: if you're a griller like me, this is the applicance you want. Oh, did I mention? No smoke. None. Just pleasant smell of food cooking in the kitchen, as it should be. Thank you, Ninja.
