Very disappointed. Got for Xmas gift and just now going to use for 3rd time and it stops working.

Used twice then stopped working. Super dissatisfied and disappointed. Should have went with the IP brand.

Sent us the Older model without the meat thermometer that plugs in. We should have received the newer model.

Didn’t work out of the box. Returned to amazon

It was too big; too cumbersome to clean and the food I prepared wasn’t as good as the real deal.

A great product. Fan stopped working in 2 months.

Didn’t see any difference I could do the same thing in an oven another problem with that is when you grill it is smoky

I returned this product, I did not use it or unpack it. It was too heavy for me.

Waste of money. Read cookbook before unpacking. Van only cook 10 chicken wings at a time and take20 minutes per batch
