We bought this for my 90 year old mom, so she could ride shotgun with me in our Z06 Corvette on the Hot Rod Power Tour in June 2023. She was able to ride around each day's racetrack venue and hang out with us without feeling like someone had to 'wait on her'. In fact - keeping up with her was our issue - lol. The scooter is lightweight, folds quickly and easily, batteries have LONG life and only had one venue with small pea gravel that was a challenge for the scooter to navigate - but with a slight push from behind - she got through that! The scooter easily fit in the trunk of the vette with our week plus load of luggage and the weight made it easy to get in and out without issue. It traveled over 3,700 miles in 7 days with us! Now that we are home - she uses her scooter at the mall - and has remarked that she hadn't actually been inside the mall in years because it was just too much walking for her. This was an EXCELLENT investment for her ability to go places that require a bit more distance than she feels comfortable doing on her own feet!

We have a full size scooter that is very heavy, can't put in car without a lift. Decided to ty this. It arrived fast and only took a few minutes to assemble (no tools required, everything locks in place). I got it for my wife, but I wondered if it would carry me, over 280 lbs. I found the seat comfortable, the controls easy, and it drove around the garage and driveway easily. Not sure on battery life since I just got it, but with the spare battery included and a bag to carry it, it shouldn't be a problem. I can fold, pick up with one hand and set in trunk in a couple of minutes. I wouldn't suggest it for all day use, it won't match a full size unit for long term comfort, but for grocery trips, etc. it is great.

This was a lifesaver for my mom in Tahoe recently. Easy to put in back of Subaru Outback with just lowering the seat and handlebars. Even went up ramps. Doesn't like high thresholds or hoses but easily pulled over. Probably could use another battery for long days. Was able to easily board the gondola for Heavenly. Everyone stopped her to ask her about it. No regrets buying this little guy.

I have to have knee replacement and have 5 weeks to wait for surgery. I bought the scooter to get around work (indoors). I travel about 2-4 miles a day between buildings and hallways. I am 6' and 220lbs and walking is no longer an option due to bone on bone knee pain. This scooter has been a life saver. It is very well built and moves along at a pace of a very very brisk walk. One battery typically lasts the whole day at work and occasionally have to put in 2nd battery at the end of the work day. It takes me up the handicap ramp to my SUV with no problem. I would not use this for mainly outdoor travel as it doesn't take bumps over 1-2" well because there is no suspension. I am hesitant about giving it to my 86 yr old mom when I am recovered as I would be concerned she may tip it on a turn and get injured. I have not tipped it but I could see it happening if you took a corner to sharp too fast because it does zip along fairly quick. I love it and don't have any regrets. I highly recommend it for someone in a similar scenario as myself.

Recently diagnosed with Hashimoto’s and Chronic Fatigue, I was looking for something to help with mobility due to my very low stamina. This scooter is an excellent solution!PROS- Weight! This is the lightest mobility scooter by far. I am able to take off the chair and lift the rest of it by myself into my Honda CR-V trunk with about a minute of strenuous lifting. Getting it down is ok due to gravity.- Quiet! You can barely hear it while it’s moving and it doesn’t have the annoying beeping while backing up.- Turn Radius! I’ve gotten myself around some pretty narrow corners. You can also just lift it and try again if you need to adjust the angle. It is wobblier than a regular scooter if you go too fast. So I’d only recommend it for people with good balance. I have been fine so far, but I can understand why other reviews talk about tipping over.- Design! It is sleeker than the standard mobility scooters. People aren’t as surprised when I start standing up and walking around. The seat is comfortable to sit in, although it would be nice to have armrests.- Batteries! To charge it, the 2.5 lb batteries can be taken off the scooter in 2 sec. I don’t need to bring the scooter out of my car to charge it— just the batteries.- Accessories! I was able to add the Accmor Universal Cup Holder to hold my phone or a drink while steering. The bag that comes with it is helpful for holding my purse or a bike lock.- Traveling! I just took it on a plane for the first time. Worked really well! I rode it all the way down the gangway, where they check it like the strollers [see pics]. I took the two lithium batteries with me on the plane. They brought it back up when we landed. I flew Southwest but be sure to check with your airline for their rules.CONS- Security. Because it turns on with a push button, there is no good way to secure it. I wish it had a key. Plus, bc it is so light, it is easier to steal. I recommend using a bicycle lock and cable AND taking the batteries with you if you leave it.- Weight. It would still be pretty difficult to lift for someone with more serious fatigue or less strength.- Length. I’m 5’4” and I need to lean a bit forward to reach the handles. My back does not touch the seatback while driving. The distance between the seat and handles is not adjustable. However the handle height and seat height are.- Marketing. Super Handy is written in large, bright orange letters on the bag, steering column, and chair. So it’s the first and last thing people see as you are coming and going. I flipped the bag around, and my cane stool covers it when I hang it off the seatback using Crutch-eze cane holders or a bungee cord.THINGS TO BE AWARE OF- Assembly time. It takes me a good five minutes to re-assemble it bc I adjust it back to the right height and line up the steering column. In parking lots, I’m always a little worried that someone backing up might not see me since I’m lower to the ground. I sometimes re-assemble it on the side of my car instead, if there is enough room.- Brakes. There is a handlebar brake like those on bikes that can be clicked to stay in place. The scooter won’t move while it’s engaged. However, on slight inclines, it is not enough to prevent the scooter from rolling downhill. It may be something that just needs to be adjusted to correct that, but even so, it’s not a deal brake-er. #sorrynotsorryOverall, I am so glad I got this scooter. It’s given me back some independence and the ability to keep working, now that I can get around again by myself.

I purchased this for my birthday last year. I've used it about a dozen times. When you fold and unfold the bar. The wires tend to get crushed. We found this out when mine wouldn't start anymore. I have spent a week calling customer service. It rings through and I get put on hold. The next thing I know I'm hung up on. Same thing happened to my husband today. I was looking forward to using it for a trip for our anniversary. Doesn't look like that's going to happen. We do like the like the light weight, easy mobility, and comfort.

I have only had the scooter one week. I took it to the Topanga Mall and circled all the shops twice, then rode it up the slope at my house, and finished the day at the little league field riding on grass. All on one battery. I did need assistance on a grassy slope, I got off and someone lifted it to the flat. On the gravel parking lot the power wheel occassionally spun, and I had to push with my foot to get traction. All in all it did what I purchased it for. A say great second scooter as I have a GoGo which I will use when I'm with others to help me get it out of the car, and I anticipate various ground surfaces. I can lift this into and out of the car with ease, and it will be great for an upcoming trip where everything is paved.

The machine looks nice, rides nice (even for a 6 foot 230# man) and the extra battery makes it dependable on long shopping trips. I've been extoling it's virtues to others who are infirm all day.

This unit offers great value for the money if you realize its limitations. It is not a medical quality mobility device. You can buy low end medical quality mobility scooters for approximately the same price. But, it has other advantages that make it a great value. The biggest advantages of this unit are its portability, weight and weight capacity. First, the whole unit folds up small enough to fit into almost any car trunk even sub compacts like the Nissan my wife drives. You can unfold it and be on your way in less than a minute once you learn the drill I borrow it from her when I have teaching assignments because it only takes up half of the trunk in my full size sedan leaving me plenty of room for the rest of my equipment. My full sized medical mobility scooter takes up the whole trunk, weighs three times as much as this unit and takes a lot more effort to assemble. The whole unit weighs less than 40 lbs. It is light enough that my wife can easily put it in and out of the trunk of her car by herself And, you can easily pick it up and move it over a short stair or curb. The weight carrying capacity is 275 lbs. I weigh a little less than that and it does a great job.Battery life is more than adequate given the size and weight. One battery lasts me the morning teaching including a block or two trip outside the building for lunch. Battery then has to be changed for the afternoon. I would estimate that I am getting about an hour of constant use per brand new fully charged battery. Plenty for the average shopping trip especially with the spare battery.Turning radius is quite tight and it is good in restricted spaces. However, you do have to be careful at walking speeds since the turning circle is tight enough to cause you to overturn if you are not careful. There is a learning curve with the unit. First, the unit does not have the automatic brakes found on medical mobility scooters. You have to learn to use the handbrake especially on slopes or you will gather too much speed because the unit "free wheels" unless the brakes are applied.Second, as previously mentioned, the unit is not as stable as medical mobility scooters. It will turn over if you try too sharp a turn at speed. It also does not handle rough surfaces well. This is not a problem indoors but you need to be careful with curbs and even raised splits in the sidewalk. The unit will not work on grass surfaces.Having said all of that, the unit is small enough and light enough that you can always simply put your feet out on the ground and stabilize things or even pick it up over a curb or split in the sidewalk. It is actually as much like riding a three wheel bicycle as a scooter and that is not all bad. Once you get the hang of it its not bad at all. It is actually quite handy for light duty applications and far less trouble than a full sized medical mobility scooter.
