Received the scooter the other day. We unpacked it and noticed the bag for the handle bars was missing. There is no way to contact the manufacturer to get a replacement. Per customer support at Amazon their answer was to return item for refund. I like the unit . It is lightweight, easy to load in vehicle. Not happy that there is no product support other than retuning it. Would not recommend purchasing for that reason.
