The first time I used the hot dog roller I did what the instructions said to do by turning the unit on high for 8 minutes and then cooking the hot dogs for another 8 minutes or so and they came out way to done to the point of burnt. The next time I used the roller I did what I wanted and set it on low setting, put the hot dogs right on it and in a little less than an hour I had the best Quiktrip hot dogs ever. Took a little longer this way but it was well worth the wait.

The delevery box was opne, the box inside was open, the power cord was dirty, the item does not look like its been used...maybe a display item. Have not used yet..
